bagus dan lokasi strategis area china town, bersih dan resepsionis dan yg lain sangat membantu, kamar dgn cilling yg tinggi , kedap suara jg walaupun di lantai 1 dan tdk mengecewakan, akan kembali menginap di sana.kemana-mana gampang dan akses ke city dgn monorail gampang dan dekat. akses belanja dan restaurant bs di jangkau dgn berjalan kaki.

Staying at The Ultimo might be the best decision out of all of my trip in Sydney! Before our visit, I contacted the hotel through email to confirm several things and they are quite helpful and responsive. When we arrived, we found the family room is quite spacious for 4 people, we even can comfortably open all of our gigantic luggages at the same time inside. The cleanliness on our bedroom and bathroom are also great, and the staff are getting it thoroughly clean everyday. But, during our stay, the lift was broken and we got our room on the third level - the highest level (yikes!). It is understandable, but I hope they can warn visitors before the visit in the future. Moreover, the staff was also helpful with it, they always make sure if we need any assistance in carrying our luggage during our check-in and out. Finally, the best part of the hotel is its location! It is located in front of the Paddy's market, near Chinatown and its LRT stop, and only 5 minutes walk to the Darling Harbour. It was truly a blast to discover this hotel for our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed my stay.

The bed is big, but the room is narrow. Booking family room traveling with 2 teens. They gave all amenities such as shampoo, soap with big bottle so enough for 3 nights. The minus are, some rooms in upstairs, some in down, so we have difficulty dragging our suitcase. Secondly, we can hear others talking, some guests are too loud, 4 AM they are laughing loudly at the corridor.

I vacation in Sydney with my husband and 1 child. Very strategic hotel...in front of the hotel there is paddys market. Looking for a taxi and eating is also easy. The rooms are also very comfortable. I took a family room for 4 people...and I was very happy that the bed was very comfortable. To put my large suitcase luggage quite a lot of places. For me praying is also a lot of places. The hotel clerk was very helpful while we were there. thanks Ultimo...you're great, stay like this and keep up👍

Great location! However the room was very small to put a baby crib inside. And also, probably next time, please consider the room allocation if guests is with a baby and stroller. Because we were out in a room so far in the hook and it needs to use stairs and no ramp. Thank you.

This hotel has got a great location where it is very near Chinatown with so many places to eat till night. It is also very near Paddy's market and tram station. It is walking distance to Darling Harbor as long as you are up for it & willing to walk past the wonderful garden (you won't feel tired because even though the road was a bit long, but it was filled with many spots for you to stop by and take pictures and before you know it, you have reached that wonderful place). The room was exactly the same as advertised. We got the room facing the road so we could hear few of the cars with loud noise, but since we were tired mostly at night, we did not feel bothered by it. Btw, there was a mini market in the area as well for your convenience.

Hotel kuno di desain modern minimalis yang cantik. Lokasi strategis de depan market city dan hanya berjalan sebentar ke st, george. Pelayanan cepat untuk check in-out dan bisa membantu untuk mencarikan taxi. Hanya saja air di kamar mandi selalu menggenang tertutama di bagian shower.
