good location and qiuet.

Nice hotel with clean room. Walkable distance from downtown, and near the supermarket so I can get any stuffs easily. The restaurant at hotel also serves with good food. Recommended for anyone who is about to visit Yellowknife.

Due to flight delay we were checked in around 1:30 am, and hotel told us we would need to switch rooms the next day because the floor we were staying on had a water leakage issue that required maintenance. However, by the afternoon of the following day, the hotel still had not taken the initiative to arrange the room change. We had to inquire ourselves, only to be told that they were still working on it. As a result, we wasted half a day waiting at the hotel, completely disrupting our planned daytime activities.

It was a clean and quiet room for the night. The shuttle service is good just remember cut off times for traveling south or one could be late.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO TO THE EXPLORE OR RENT A AIR B&B Worst experience i have ever had at a hotel long list of issues I have stayed here for about 3 weeks they have moved us 3 times the final room they moved us in too was a major downgrade the room is well woren and not maintained well tables bubbled with water stains stove the takes 30+mins to get to 425 The ac unit is unbearable at night super loud and in the bedroom with you so unavoidable Homeless man got in too the hotel at 5am on a sunday start banging on our door demanding food and money had to call security twice to get them to respond The following day my car is broken in too and im missing 100$ worth of hand tools I have been harassed while in the smoking area by homeless people again demanding food watch or the smokes im smoking Called to get any kind of comensation the best they could do comp pet fees and offer us 3 nights at 209 a night I have traveled alot and this place is the worst place i have ever stayed and probably one of the more expesive stays at 370 a night and over 3 weeks i have paid over 7000k for nothing but headaches AVOID AT ALL COSTS GO TO THE EXPLORE OR RENT A AIR B&B

I just spent a night.Typically its a great stay however the one night I stayed i was put on the 4th floor and thinking it would be quiet I was woken up at 130am with kids running up and down the hallway. Then at 5am people outside talking so loud it woke me up again. I thought it was the cleaners but it was guests having loud conversations. They dont have security and not sure even if I called down to the front desk if anyone would have come to quiet them down.

The hotel was good, our apartment was new and very well kept. The only observation I would make is regarding the AC. There was an AC unit in the bedroom and it had a wide hose to the window. That in turn made it impossible to fully close the blinds for the night and it became dark very late and light very early. There were additional wall vents that also provided AC and in our case they made the room AC unit to start and stop at random times. Other than that all was ok.

We stayed in a suite, so just like our own apartment with tons of space. The main bedroom could benefit from curtains. It has an air conditioning unit built into the window, but it means that the blinds cannot be pulled down fully. In a place where the sun barely sets, that posed a problem for a dark room to sleep. Otherwise it was excellent!
