good location and qiuet.

Nice hotel with clean room. Walkable distance from downtown, and near the supermarket so I can get any stuffs easily. The restaurant at hotel also serves with good food. Recommended for anyone who is about to visit Yellowknife.

Due to flight delay we were checked in around 1:30 am, and hotel told us we would need to switch rooms the next day because the floor we were staying on had a water leakage issue that required maintenance. However, by the afternoon of the following day, the hotel still had not taken the initiative to arrange the room change. We had to inquire ourselves, only to be told that they were still working on it. As a result, we wasted half a day waiting at the hotel, completely disrupting our planned daytime activities.

The food was very good and reasonably priced

I had an excellent experience at the Chateau Nova, including how well they accomodated my friend's dog, spending his first night out of Kugluktuk. A++
