有一個露台，環境不錯。但不足之處是門的隔音差，其他房間的關門聲很打攪睡覺。

Plenty of parking in Hotel main car park. Rooms were good for price point a bit tired in places. Breakfast was good at the Parsons Collar.

Carpet in my Lodge room has seen batter days, also the corridor carpet looks like many an ending to heavy nights landed on it. Food in the pub was terrible, first time i’ve ever sent a meal back anywhere. Fish and chips. Looked like the oil it was fried in hadn’t been changed in years and was inedible.

Never had a balcony maybe next time

I stay here for the proximity to close friends and I love my time here. It’s peaceful and relaxing and close to easy food options inc onsite dining and a Lidl :)!

The room was ok, Lovely bed happy with that Bed settee was ok but had no cover on the duvet or the pillows , no additional blanket Bathroom good , fab shower Carpets stained , really bad in the corridor. I used the provided hair dryer and sat on the stool at the mirror to dry my hair . Triggered the smoke alarm which was most embarrassing . Ended up having to go out with wet hair as scared to re use. Staff in attached pub very nice. Food ok , not great, Breakfast ok , Cooked breakfast was over cooked and dry Overall stay was ok :)

Could not fault anything. Plan on staying again when visiting grand children. Thank you

We have stayed at this hotel many times, rooms have always been spotless, comfortable beds, great shower!, check in and check out fast and efficient

Easy check in at the pub attached to the Lodge. Plenty of free parking. Room basic but comfortable. Kettle and instant coffee available in the room. Nice shower. Basic gel soap provided, no other toiletries. Room was very hot overnight but windows open unlike mist hotels these days. Excellent free Wifi connection. Room not the cleanest, some stains and marks but a good stay overall.

3rd time staying here, but now needs a good clean, stains all over carpets in lobby and in room chair was covered in old make up, used to be so nice, but think cleaning going a bit down hill, pity

No1 new what they were doing had to be transferred over to the hotel as didnt have what we booked staff didnt have a clue what to do

Very good location. Pub staff very friendly and professional particularly Alex who was excellent. Nice menu with a variety of options all prepared and presented extremely well. Nice room, but did have to ask for a change of sheets after 6 days. Would also have liked a grab bar in the shower. My wife and I are seniors and were nervous about slipping. However, have to say the shower was the easiest to use of any hotel we have stayed in. Highly recommended !

I often sat at the Lodge and prefer this to the main hotel - the reasons being the rooms are more modern, the WIFI is top notch and doesn't suffer black-outs (like the main hotel does) and the bathrooms are newer and the showers are all really powerful. The only thing better at the main hotel is breakfast... but it isn't worth the extra ££. I'd very much recommend the Lodge !!!
