所有員工都很友善熱情。自助早餐很棒，不過到了第七天，我們已經吃膩了雞肉/牛肉仁當。如果能增加一些蔬菜菜餚，對喜歡清淡食物的人會更好。 我們入住的是特大床房，空調每隔幾分鐘就會冷熱交替。大廳和餐廳沒有空調，非常悶熱。除此之外，一切都很好。

The check-in and check-out were very easy, smooth, and fast. The room was very clean and comfy. Highly recommended this hotel if you're not looking for a hotel by the beach. One thing which was below our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was pretty good, but the taste wasn't great, not sure whether it has to do with the fasting month where the food turnover is low. Hope management could look into that, other than that, it was a great and value for money hotel!

We had a pleasant stay. The Artist twin rooms were clean and the breakfast spread was great.

If we visit Langkawi again, we will stay here. Location is very near to airport. And also very close to pizzahut, kfc and 7eleven. Superb.

Staffs are friendly, the room is clean, mattress is comfy. Overall satisfied with the stay with affordable price 👌.

Hi, thank you so much for accommodate our staying. We feel truly home. This was one of the best family friendly hotel in Langkawi. The staff is just so kind and polite. The room is just enough for us to rest well and they have smart TV too!! Love the food selection for breakfast and in dining, and thanks for the cookies too. Me and my family really appreciate it!! Next time we heading back to Langkawi, definitely will stay at The Smith House.

Location very near to the airport and also easy to go everywhere by grab/taxi. Most of the tour company knows this hotel so it’s easy when they pick me up from the hotel. The service is excellent, staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good and it ended at 10am, I like that!

The room is clean and enough for 2 persons. The location is very near to the airport so you can leave the hotel for airport at the last minute :) it takes about 5 mins using grab car (but the hotel also has their own airport pick up arrangements). The surrounding is not that noisy since it is a bit far from the night life and shops, but it has all daily essential (Local restaurant, Convenient store) and all can be reached by walking distance. We stayed for 2 days and the breakfast dishes was the same each day. The rooftop outdoor pool is also nice with amazing view, though the depth is not that deep. I and my friends had a good impression staying at this hotel and would definitely stay again if we come back to Langkawi.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and friendly staff greeted us. Room was clean with good amenities and comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast the next day was wonderful and the cafe is beautiful and welcoming. The rooftop pool was excellent to cool down at the end of the hot and humid day. Although there is no beach, it is very close to the airports and other attractions. After all, Langkawi is an island and there are beaches everywhere. Just go out on an adventure to discover them. And come back to a nice hotel to rest and relax.

The hotel looked new, supposedly built in recent years. Although the fact that the hotel is modified from terrace shop lots, it does not bring down the level of comfy staying within it. The design in the room is very stylish and modern. It's near the airport as well so you won't be afraid of not being able to catch your flight. It's truly worth the price and I will definitely be staying in this hotel again in my next visit to the town. Highly recommended!
