Before I go, I've read through many reviews, and all are very positive, which leads to me to think are they all real?? But after this trip, I've no hesitation to say they are 100% real, because I've just experienced the best hospitality that I've ever had comparing with all the top notch hotels like Four Seasons in other places. The best thing about this hotel is its not so big, but it has all the stuffs that you need from a good hotel, restaurant, spa, two swimming pools, bar...........and most importantly super nice and helpful staffs. Everyday, we came back from our sightseeing trips or dinner, all the lobby staffs promptly to greet you with refreshment drinks and cold towels. They'd chat with you and welcome you like you've a bunch of loyal butlers in your home. One night when we went out to have dinner, one of the staff Justin offered to help us spray on his anti-mosquito spray to keep us away from mosquito bites. One day, my room keycard is not working, they changed for me in the morning, but when I came back to hotel at night, one staff just quietly walking behind us back to our room, then he left after we got into our room successfully, after a while I realize he was actually making sure my keycard works, otherwise he'd open the door for me with another card. Seriously I never expected that! Too little words allow me to write here. Although I may not be interest to goto Angkor Wat again in the near future, but this hotel makes me think I'd come for a relax trip.

One of my top hotel experiences of my life so far. I've stayed in some of the fanciest resorts and hotels you can name throughout the world and this one takes the cake. Laundry included, two separate beautiful pools, attentive staff, café opens at 4 AM with fresh croissants at 4:30 AM, free daily massages, incredible clean updated rooms with everything you could possibly need, Complementary tuck tuck tuck you around town or wherever you need, cold hand towels waiting when you return the resort without fail, every tour they arranged for us was top-notch and reasonable, located in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Matcha whatever you need, complementary incredible breakfast and restaurant on site, twice daily housekeeping, no tipping until you check out, the owner greeted us at check-in and explained everything and was a delight. I can't say enough. If you're going to Siem Riep stay here!

The best private hotel we ever experienced. We have been over 30 countries, Jaya house is one of the best. Everyone working in the hotel is friendly with smile on the face all the time. We have free breakfast and free massages every day. Hotel’s interior design is elegant and room is really comfortable. Two beautiful swimming pools provide us relax places after the tour in the super hot day. Hotel provides one way transportation from the airport and free tuturk service inside the city. We like everything in this hotel and love to stay here.

Well this is hotel to stay in if you want to have it all. We have been looked after exceptionally. I did not know how to go back to home. Clothes washed everyday, amazing breakfast, driven everywhere you want to go, the most kind tour guide- I recommending asking jaya to book your tours. Son our guide was 10/10. He played floor is lava with our 3 year old in Angkor thom! The jaya staff produced icecream every time she passed by made her lovely food and really were so good to our daughter. Hotel is very beautiful, extremely sophisticated and stylist but feels homely. Run to this hotel. Pick no other. We were at afternoon tea in another hotel and it felt like an American shopping mall. This was a rainforest oasis. You felt like the only person staying.

My wife and I are on a trip through 5 Asian countries and our time at the Jaya house was the absolute best hotel experience! The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!

Our stay was was excellent. The staff was wonderful and so very accommodating. The hotel set up all the excursions for us and they were fantastic. Our room was very large with a super comfy bed. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is beautifully designed with immaculate attention to detail, but even more impressive was the level of service. By far the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at, from the owner’s personal welcome to the attentive, smiling employees who are always looking for ways to make your day. There are too many thoughtful details to name, from cookies and milk at bedtime to the incredible coffee bar, dedicated tuktuk service, handcrafted organic toiletries, reusable water bottles, ice cream offered (repeatedly) at the poolside … we just cannot rave enough about this hotel.

The staff are exceptional - you are greeted like family and every aspect of you stay is considered. The rooms and amenities are fabulous, along with the food. The extra special complimentary services like the spa, Tuk Tuk and laundry add to the whole experience.

The overall hotel experience has been absolutely impeccable. Beautiful hotel, great location, lovely food and above all the best service you can ask for. The attention to detail is second to none!

The service was impeccable. The manager Christian greeted us after a late flight to check us in with sandwiches and snacks. Cheery the day-receptionist was outstanding. Easily the best hotel we have used ever. Very highly recommend!!

One word to describe this place - paradise!!!! Everything was impeccable and the whole place had a calm, zen feel. The furnishings all over the hotel were gorgeous. The staff was so aware of the guests at all times and seemed to anticipate what one needed. Two pool areas - also beautiful and peaceful. They did all our laundry for us at no charge. Also gave us a couple of complementary massages, which were excellent. They offered free tuk-tuk rides to restaurants and town. I could go to this resort for a week or two and never leave. Highly recommend it
