perfect service! nice room and view

Excellent hotel- lovely decor, so stylish and modern and the staff are the best we've ever experienced on our numerous trips to Turkey. The use of the Gold lounge really was the cherry on top and our two bedroom suite was huge and beautifully decorated. Murat and Seven who are Gold lounge butlers are so kind, professional and helpful and made our stay extra special.

I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Istanbul. The decor is a perfect blend of modern elegance and warm, inviting touches; everywhere feels thoughtfully designed. Our room and all common areas were spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience feel extra comfortable. Amenities were top-notch, from the well equipped facilities to the little in-room details that make a difference. Most of all, the staff were outstanding: professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special shout-out to Tanju Yıldız at breakfast, who took exceptional care of us every morning and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended! would happily return. Hana

Her şey mükemmeldi,çalışanlar size kendinizi prens/prenses gibi hissettiriyor.. Temizlik,kahvaltı,oda genişliği,yatak her şey çok konforlu.

Amazing hotel and helpful staff wherever we went. Flawless in every way and will gladly re-visit!! Only minus- both outside and inside pools were 25*C so way too cold to swim with baby. Even for us adults it was uncomfortable temperature. But the hamam and relaxing areas around were great 👍

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were even able to accommodate us to check in early. The only issue we has was at the pool, but that was not a big deal, i chaulk it up to a language barrier. Overall the hotel was fantastic. We did not see a lot of places to eat arpund the hotel but got room service and the food was delicious.

All in all, it was amazong stay and hotel location is really good. Service is awesome and staff are very friendly and very kind. Only observation with condition of the room as the furniture is very used and exhausted.

I visit Istanbul every other month and usually stay at the Mandarin, Four Seasons, or the St Regis in Istanbul. I will now be a frequent visitor for the Fairmont. The hotel cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, everything is exceptional. They even note down your preference from other locations when it comes to beverages, etc. I would love to shoutout the man who checked me in, I forgot his name, but he ensured I had an amazing stay. I will definitely be returning

Far enough away from the tourist area, but still close enough to take a 20 minute Uber to the tourist area.

Hotel was gorgeous. Staff super friendly. Pool on the 5th floor was to die for. The views were amazing from the pool. Breakfast was out of this world. Restaurant staff were very professional and attentive to you needs.

Hotel incrível, lindo e super confortável. Desde o momento do check-in, que chegamos antes do horário e nosso quarto ja estava disponível. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro otimo e ar condicionado muito bom. Serviço impecável. Café da manhã espetacular. Room service ótimo, usamos duas vezes e foi muito gostoso. Precisa de carro ou uber para se locomover mas não é um problema em Istambul. Segurança ótima com raio x na entrada.
