This hotel is clean and comfortable for families with pets. COnveniently located with Walmart in the same parking lot. The beaches at Madeira are neat and pristine.. good location.

This hotel was excellent in all aspects ! I always look for a Holiday Inn Express on my trips because they never disappoint ! Always very good to excellent.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the hotel lobby constantly had people wandering in to sell trading cards and collectibles. It felt chaotic and unprofessional. I expected a quiet, upscale environment—not a pop-up trading event. Not sure why management allows this, but it definitely takes away from the experience.

Great hotel with very easy and smooth check in, great hospitality and service. Staff was wonderful and very friendly! Definitely would stay here again.

The staff were wonderful, most especially the gentleman that checked us in with glasses, a bit chubby and some beard. Also the receptionist, the lady working in the morning, we think the name was Emily, was also wonderful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers. I wish to give this hotel a 5 star rating
