這間並不是酒店，只是民宿須要和業主聯絡入住，可惜我已通知我的飛機時間，但在地下有位不董英文的管理員下協助，得知須要等她1.5小時才能入住，須付100美元按金，約定check out 時間，我等了半小時她仍未出現，我們又要趕長途巴士所以令我們十分困擾，最後我們決定將鎖匙留在管理處，自行离開到長途巴士站，幸好她在我們上車前送回按金。 屋是住得舒適，但入住麻煩，check out 擾人。

Excelente apto, tudo bem arrumadinho.

Very affordable, very friendly and helpful. Solves any problems within a day. This location is in the heart of Lima and I would never choose a hotel over an apartment operated so well. Because my spanish isn't great, they even helped me get a well priced taxi to the airport on my final night. 8/10 would recommend, no flaws here.

Todo muy bien, apartamento cómodo en el centro de Lima a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas y otros atractivos del casco histórico. Muy buena comunicación con Pilar que nos ayudó en todo, incluso los traslados al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.

Good location, friendly staff, security is good.the shower curtain needs a bit of improvement and the paint of the ceiling of the shower is peeling of.good amenities.
