โรงแรมทำเลดี พนักงานสุภาพ บริการดีมาก พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี เดินทางง่ายจากสนามบินคันไซ แนะนำ ว่านั่งรถบัส มาลง OCAT เดินไม่ไกล ลากกระเป๋าไป รร. สะดวกกว่า มารถไฟลงนัมบะ เพราะออก ประตู 25 ใกล้สุด แต่ต้องแบกกระเป๋าขึ้นบันได ถ้าไปโอซาก้า ก็จะนอน โรงแรมนี้ แน่นอน มีเครื่องดื่ม กาแฟ น้ำอัดลม ซุป บริการตลอด พร้อมเก้าอี้นวด ห้องนอนกว้างขวาง สะอาดใหม่ มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า ตอนกลับแจ้งล่วงหน้าก็มีรถมาส่ง แถมพนักงานพาลากกระเป๋าส่งที่รถอีก ประทับใจมาก แนะนำนอน รร. นี้ไม่ผิดหวัง

I had the most pleasant stay here. The hotel went the extra miles to cater my family's needs. It was our first time in japan and they replied each emails with extra care. While it is only a 3-star hotel, we really felt like we were staying at a 5-star hotel. I really love minibar at the lobby. Room was very spacious. It had different room for shower, wastafel, and toilet. Location was nearby dotombori, it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby train station. I booked in a room for 4 people & would love to come back here again.

Highly recommend! Room has a lot of space to walk around. Only 5 minutes walk to Namba Station and shopping street. You can book the hotel’s car to drop you off at the Namba Nankai Station for Airport transfer.
