Parking in a perfect location within a gated area within the hotel grounds 15 euros a day. There were about 150 children staying at the hotel. They were out and about most of the time but come meal times you had to judge a time to have lunch and dinner before the children arrived. Had we known we would gave chosen different dates for our break.

Falta de máquinas recreativas y de juego, muy poca animación, personal amable sobre todo el chico del punto caliente, bastante variedad de comida, muchas gaviotas y gatos en la zona de terraza exterior incompatibles con los perros, la habitación amplia y colchones cómodos.

Room was very clean , staff very helpful . Good selection at breakfast .Will stay again .

Staff service was very hidden this, with some very helpful and others really not very friendly. He moves himself four stars actually you get very little extra. Just a couple of very small water bottles in your fridge each day no slippers and you pay for virtually everything. If you want to change your pool towel it cost you a euro all drinks at the Restaurant you have to pay for them there’s nothing included. It looks very smart that I would just be prepared for not very much! A pity because it has a lovely location overlooking the sea.

Breakfast was very good, excellent variety. My only complaint would be that the hot food wasn’t hot. Staff were welcoming and efficient.

Great modern hotel and great location over the road from a lovely beach and others close by.

Open continental breakfast choose what you want from wide selection and hot breakfast cooked fresh . The rooms are large and beds extremely comfortable and have fridge to store cold drinks . The whole team of staff are very friendly ,efficient and welcoming . Hotel ideally situated 5 mins walk from the best safe beaches in the area .

Lovely location but very quiet, pool not open and dirtY

This was a return visit and, as usual, everything was very good and up to the normal high standards.

Overall, very good facility, good location and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

No era lo que pensaba y lo que ve por la web,en el check in el trato regular,no te informa que habitación que te tocó como habitación adaptada en temporada con poca ocupación, este tipo de iniciativa tien otras intenciones los servicios de habitación faltan detalles por ser hotel de 4 estrellas,el equipo de restaurante y de limpias 10 .

The good: Bedroom was clean and large. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. Bar was nice. The bad: Bad smell (drains?) in the bathroom and found a cockroach in there. Pool not open. To say our room (room 119, first floor) had a Mountain View would be pushing it a bit - yes there were mountains but the view basically was the road behind the hotel and the houses on it. If you are after a Mountain View room go as high as possible, but I would advise getting a sea view.

Todo correcto salvo la insonorizacion de las habitaciones. Si eres sensible al ruido ambiental exterior o ruidos de los huéspedes de habitación superiores, tanto el sellado e insonorizacion de los ventanales de las habitaciones a balcon, como la ausencia de moqueta en habitaciones hace bastante condicionadao el agrado de la estancia a huespedes arriba o ruido en la calle. O zonas de recreo del propio hotel. Verano debe ser bastante insoportable siento concluir.

Balkongen fin. Lövblåsarna störde så det inte gick att sitta där. Höll på flera timmar. Det finns betydligt tystare blåsare. Frukosten var utmärkt.

Excellent buffet breakfast and large room with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Massive discount for week prior to Easter. However, bar and restaurant were closed and no entertainment provided. 15 minute walk to town centre for facilities. Bidet in bathroom would have been handy, when only feet needed washing. No toilet brush or plastic stool to sit on to dry yourself after a shower. Got stressed out trying to get safe in bedroom to lock. Followed instructions keying in 4 numbers and # key. Asked for help at reception. Told to buy key to go inside the safe at €4 a night to lock. Have paid in other hotels for key operated safes, but never for digital ones in over fifty years of travelling the Med!

Good air con. Good parking. NO water in room, not even a small bottle. Wi-Fi dreadful in room.
