房间维护不佳，不干净。床垫不舒服。毛巾又旧又臭。厕所有异味。

For stain at bed sheet after check-out charged around 50RM to expensive for only one bed sheet. Can buy new one.

Nak check in pun banyak step kena baca. Self check in. Deposit security RM100 tak refund lagi. Dah lebih 24jam menunggu. Air kolam pedih mata bila mandi. Tilam rasa spring. Tiada kemudahan seperti microwave, teh atau kopi untuk minuman. Nak check out pun kena keluar dari apartment dulu. Baru boleh hantar kad. Ni tak tahulah dapat atau tidak security deposit 🤬😡.

Pelayanan kurang memuaskan tidak customer service dan kartu hilang untuk membuka pintu dendanya luar biasa.

Rumah sangat bersih, lengkap dan selesa. Cuma pihak pengurusan tidak memberi panduan penggunaan kunci dan lain-lain secara lengkap, nasib baik ada pengawal keselamatan yang memberi panduan.

Servis sangat teruk, tersalah beri bilik yang belum dikemas, bilik dibuka oleh orang luar semasa kami di dalam bilik, bilik tidak selamat, pekerja yang tidak membantu, TV rosak tapi tiada respon dari staff cuma membaca msg kami sahaja. Bilik berhabuk dan tidak kemas, cadar kotor. Sangat tidak berpuas hati.

Good location but difficult to find when google map set wrong location. Difficult check in & check out system.

Sebab anak-anak saya tak boleh masuk dalam kolam renang disebabkan oleh pakaian yang tidak mengikut piawaian badan pengurusan. Sepatutnya diberitahu lebih awal.

Check in kena tunggu staff turun bagi kunci masa menunggu lebih kurang 10 minit. Bilik yang luas, bersih, katil besar, selesa untuk kami sekeluarga. Berdekatan dengan setia city mall. Kalau nak mandi kolam sila sediakan baju mandi siap-siap. Tidak dibenarkan pakai baju jersey. Ya Allah kesian kt pak guard dia buat kerja dia. Check out pun sama kene tunggu kat lobi, staff turun dari tingkat 31. Recommended.

Good service and comfortable but use access card may have many problem use a lift.

They told us the key is left inside the mail box but we found nothing in it. We call and no one answer our call after more than 30 minutes only they call back and told us the key is put in another mailbox wrongly. We already left but we have to drive all the way back to the homestay. And its night 11 pm we are so tire and disappointed with the service provided. The room condition is not good ,water pressure slow chair is broken table is shaking. Will not come again

For my comments, this service apartment so so only. 1.35pm checking booking name to check in but wait until 2.30pm hen got management PIC bring us go office check in but we need to pass security counter first and the foreigner security (maybe communication problem) call to management to take few confirm. And I booking face to pool view but they give me face to road, call for ask they answer is if customer got mention will give pool view, asking for change the answer is full d... D***. And the shower handle spoil, air cond no cool.

No receptionist counter at lobby. No channel on television - tv not functioning

Susah ketika untuk mendaftar masuk sebab tidak ada kaunter pendaftaran di lobby. Sepatutnya ada seorang pihak security mengiringg kami ke tinggkat 32 untuk pendaftaran.

The hotel is good and location is convenience for me to convention center. But the service of De Houz was not good, staff is not friendly, not greetings at all. The unifi was there, but not given password. Tried to contact the staff, no response. Until the second told I was told that unifi only can use for hp but not functioning on TV. Sofa bed provided but not functioning well, can't flat the bed. The fan and lighting not functioning well, once you switch it off, when switch it on again become not functioning. Need to pull out the card to restart again.

Disappointed. Not clean, dusty ( especially pillow & bed). Toilet living hall stinky. Staff not too helpful.

The apartment regulations is too strict, the visitors cannot easily enter the lift, pool area because they must use security card, cannot wear jersey, tracksuit to use pool, always been watch by security personnel, not recommended for those who want to enjoy freely
