Sangat MAHAL untuk bfast budak². RM50-+. Dan SANGAT-SANGAT tak berbaloi. Makanan biasa sahaja. Rasa pun biasa. Buah²an da lebam² di hidangkan. Lampu bilik malap.

Very nice resort. We come early by the room yet to be ready till 3pm. Miss Kristine assist us very well, she help us to get the room ready ✨😊 Overall it's very fun and happy to stay 👍

Love this hotel so much. The hotel is clean and smells good. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast spread is good and delicious. Room is big and spacious however some improvement needed on housekeeping as they did not sweep under the furniture. When i moved the red lounge chair, a lot of dust and sand underneath. Food delivery was not allowed to enter the premise. We had to walk to guard house and collect our food as we were from the pool and did not bring car key with us. We ordered online because we’re too lazy to go out, ended up we have to walk outside. Such a hassle. Other than that we were happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel rooms are big and spacious, the quality is acceptable for the price we paid, the toilet bowl had a problem but hotel staff managed to fix it quite fast. Hotel breakfast taste so so and variety not much.

Menu not so variety and a bit tasteless.

Staff all friendly... Only the food like breakfast and in-room dining are all terrible and tasteless. Kindly look for a nearby town for a really nice food option.

We had a pleasant stay in Sand & sandals. Definitely will come back again.

The door got issue during 1st night stay. Everything OK. Pillow case a bit dirty need to replace if got stain.

Family vacation ad-hoc style. Not the best hotel and not the worst, too. Middle class in terms of popularity and facility provided as the hotel is quite an old building but still being maintained properly. The water heater is so hot, the air conditioner does not feel so cool for the nearest bed to the air conditioner. I have to move the bed to feel the coolness of the bed. The room is quite spacious with a big balcony facing the sea, even though not directly facing the sea. The swim pool is quite huge and also with small slides for children and adults, make sure adults watch the children using the slides as it is quite deep for a child. Overall, the price given is acceptable but not really the most reasonable. Have a good time there, improvement needed on the service by house keeping and maintenance of the facilities. Seemed like a lack of manpower. Thank you.

Staff is nice & friendly. The room is also good, just that it has an unpleasant smell when arriving, might be empty for some time, but it goes away after a day. So far, it is good & the kids love it!

The hotel itself is excellent and we do enjoy, however the booking is not satisfactory. I don't understand why the booking for three person comes with only two single bed and three breakfast. How do you expect the third person to sleep? I have to add extra bed which comes with additional breakfast. It ends up I have pay extra breakfast for the 4th person which was not exist. I am not happy with the booking arrangement.

Specious room, nice pool & beach. Buf Add on Breakfast price rm78/person too expensive as not many verity of food and food taste just so so & no choice of pasty except normal bread with limited spread.

Would definitely choose sand & sandal resort to stay for our desaru trip. The staff are very helpful and polite and the cleaniness and condition are still standard like years ago. They really maintain so well. Love the resort so much and would come again for our short break again

Nothing to see. Bad experience stay here, food not nice at all. Ask to change the room but rejected. After 15 years coming back to stay ere. Now very regretted. Menyesal bayar mahal-mahal dapat yang cam ni. Stay hotel lain lagi bagus. Receptionist not friendly at all. And they have monkeys.

Service is so horrible, the staff really make it obvious that they aren't interested to work. Bear in mind, we paid rm 2k per night for the family room. The room and build was okay. Pool bar service is hopeless as well.

Very nice Resort with very clean private beach. Very chill place. With Arcade room & in door playgrounds for kids. Only down side is the breakfast quality still got room for improvement. Overall was satisfied. Recommended.

We had a pleasant stay here with the sea view. Waking up to the sound of the wave with the hot water bath tub at the balcony is very calming and healing setting. The bar got live performance and they were taking requests. We didn't stay for so long at the bar since it's quite chilly at the night because of the monsoon. We also tried the ATV and they can charge the room for it. The breakfast is good with the egg counter and variety of bread you can choose from, they also change menu from day one and day two. The room and bathroom floors were not that spotless but neat. They cleaned the room and changed the bed sheet while we were having our breakfast. There are also children playing room and adult game room. The gym is by the pool. Overall, we love it here as the view is quite nice and love the mood for night walk.
