非常好。休息很愉快。操作简便。交通便利。餐厅菜单种类丰富。

如此拥挤的酒店竟然只有3部电梯。

舒适、干净、安静、位置优越、友好的前台。

总体来说还不错，入住手续也很方便，但是走廊里到处都是没用过的床垫和床，让酒店看起来很不整洁，尽管这家酒店是新的，建筑也很漂亮。

不错，伊比斯。可惜的是，橱柜坏了，搬不动。不过总的来说，一切都很好。

The room is spacious, clean, and the view is great! However, the water heater is not working for my entire stay. The location is quite far from the haram. I thought the shuttle bus provided is direct to the haram area. It’s only until Jamarat bus station (which actually you can reach by walking), and from Jamarat you have to take another public bus provided by the government, and this bus is always full. I was sick on my last night, and the staff wasn’t showing their empathy. I have to walk myself at 10pm to the hospital :( This hotel is good for groups, so you can share the taxi. Going with the bus takes a lot of effort.

All good. Staying for 7 days in this hotel and don't have a problem at all. All requests are granted and as expected!

I booked another room for my friend and he liked it. The room and services are good and as expected. The shuttle is also on time! Great stay and recommended.

I randomly chose this hotel and it turns out the rooms and services are good. The staffs are friendly and housekeeping also good. They have shuttle and it is always on time following the time table. I'll definitely stay here again when I am doing my umroh

Pelayanannya bagus banget, sekuriti-nya mau menolong & tidak mau dikasih tip, tersedia shuttle bus untuk ke Masjidil Haram, tinggal dicek jam keberangkatannya.

Lumayan buat yang mau Umrah Mandiri, dengan harga murah tapi hotel bagus, kamar luas Dan bersih, hanya untuk menuju Masjidil Harom dengan menggunakan shuttle bus dari hotel dengan jadwal 1 jam sekali, begitu juga sebaliknya. Jadi harus diperhatikan jadwal shuttle, jangan sampai ketinggalan.

Staf hotel ramah, kamar bersih, harga cukup terjangkau. Ada shuttle bus gratis dari dan menuju Masjidil Haram.
