Close to Bristol Airport

Great stay and no noise considering the proximity of the airport! Great breakfast provided from 4am (although I would have appreciated more protein eg eggs but at least there was yoghurt and seeds).

The rooms were fine but we tried to get some food when we arrived about 8pm & there was virtually nothing left to eat. The excuse was they were very busy the day before. There were no pizzas, chips, jacket potatoes & many other things. Being celiac I'm limited to what I can eat so other than salad there wasnt anything left except nachos.

Big comfortable bed, does what it says on the tin. Hugely convenient for late flight arrival - good nights sleep before continuing our journey.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before a flight from Bristol Airport. It is conveniently located for both the terminal and multi storey car park. The food and service was very good too.

Great spot for a night before an early flight out

Great location, however the idea of being awoken earlier than anticipated by faulty air conditioning. This triggered the in room gas leak detection alarm, which the on site staff responded to quickly by turning the air conditioning unit off. Silenced the alarm, but turned a/c off, and we were the up w hours earlier than anticipated for early departure, which was the reason for staying close by. Appreciate these things happen and grateful for alarm, however presume ac had not been serviced.

Great airport hotel. Clean well appointed room, exactly what was needed after a delayed flight

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport terminal. There is plenty of parking nearby but at typical airport rates. Rooms are spacious quiet and well maintained with everything you would expect unfortunately in the morning one of our Party had overslept and we did not know which room they were in the front desk would not call their room and would not tell us which room number it was or even if they were staying there even if we knew they were there this became a major problem and the Staff were extremely unhelpful. The barn restaurant area is not particularly inviting feels more like a motorway service station. The breakfast is typical continental buffet.

Checking in was easy, rooms were clean and spacious, and a really good breakfast. Was an ideal stop before an early morning breakfast. Would 100% stay again

Very convenient hotel for airport flights - 5min walk from reception to terminal. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of savoury and sweet. Dinner was basic but good enough. We had a queen room with sofabed plus a baby cot put in. There was enough space and it was clean and the bathroom had all the necessary stuff.

At check out we had small issue about the parking and Sema was wonderful to, helped us to the car, gave us tips on getting around and was a delight! Everyone was nice and friendly but she was exceptional. Only negative I had was no orange juice at breakfast. Was empty and it was not refilled. Minor complaint.

It’s the only on site at Bristol airport hotel so they hold a monopoly hence the high price for what is a pretty basic room, similar to premier inn. To get from the bus drop off and to get to the terminal there are no covered walk ways so in inclement weather unfortunately you have no option but to get wet, but my biggest gripe, and call me shallow is that you can’t get a cooked breakfast until after 6.00, which means if you have a flight before 8.30 in the morning it’s fruit, cereal, pastries and toast which is just highly disappointing, especially as a free breakfast is advertised as a perk of staying. Highly underwhelming is how I would sum this visit up but until there is competition onsite they will probably do little to improve.

Ideal if you have an early morning flight from Bristol airport. Ours was 06.00 so we were up at 03.30 for the short walk across to the terminal building. We used the Easyjet Twilight Bag Drop facility the night before our flight - which was a big help because the airport was "heaving" at 04.00 !! So we walked straight through to SECURITY in the morning. Only issue was that the hotel website fails to make clear that there is a pretty good restaurant service for evening meals; we used a nearby pub which was poor. If we had known that we could get an evening meal in the hotel we would have preferred to use it. Overall very good & would be happy to book again.
