Great start with my family! Loved the amenities nearby

Very basic hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk. Coming and going, I never saw a staff member at the front desk except when I rang the bell when I checked in. Pillows on the bed were so deflated, so I asked housekeeping for an extra pillow or 2. After being told they would replace the pillows on day 2 of my 7 night stay, the pillows were never replaced or offered an extra. I ended up taking a pillow from a sofa in the lobby. During my 7 night stay, housekeeping only attended my room once?? I was also disappointed to find several big red ants in my room. Hotel was very quiet which I appreciated with several restaurants and convenient store nearby.

Room was clean. Only issue was the elevator didn't work

This hotel is in a state of disrepair. The outside is dilapidated… roofing shingles laying on the ground; downspouts broken. In the bathroom the shower didn’t work & the bath tub was dirty. The towels were threadbare. The hair dryer didn’t work and the bathroom fan was deafening. The bedside clock radio was permanently on and could not be silenced. The curtains had holes in them. The pillows & bed linens were completely worn out. Pitiful even for a low cost motel in the middle of prairie nowhere.

Friendly staff, room was spacious and clean

A clean and comfortable hotel, however, the staff were unusually focused on pointing out the rules on check-in. A $10 charge for entry cards not returned, emphasis on the penalties for causing damage. And a message on the 3rd floor kitchen door written in poor English.

Easy check in, parking and the room was clean

Lots of parking, and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. However, no coffee in the room (there is an A&W next door, though) The property is worn, but it was still a comfortable stay

Beds were very uncomfortable and definitely not queen size like the advertised. Water was not very hot. Filled up bath with straight hot water and it was just warm. Rooms were not cleaned up while we stayed there.

Room was perfect for a two night stay

The room was clean. Staff friendly. Quiet halls with lots of pictures and paintings.

Easy check in, good location.

The room was clean. However the check in process could have been better. Check in was at 3pm but it wasn't ready until about 4:15. One lady working by herself cleaning rooms and working the front office. They really should hire more people for Saturday nights. We couldn't actually stay the night as we ended up having a family emergency. Disappointed we spent $158, the motel wasn't worth that. On a positive note, the one lady working was friendly.
