Personnel tres aimable et serviable. Hotel tres propre mais vieillissant. Petit dejeuner frais et varié.

Mein Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und eine komfortable Größe. Modernes Bad. Zimmer Schlüssel analog und etwas schwergängig. Ich habe auf Wunsch ein veganes Frühstück erhalten. Ich würde wiederkommen

It was all very friendly and convenient. (We took breakfast elsewhere as we have two little dogs)

Auf die Auswahlmöglichkeit "Gute Instandhaltung" beim Frühstück muss man erst einmal kommen :) Ansonsten: passte soweit alles, war richtig zufrieden und werde das Hotel bei meinem nächsten Bonnbesuch mit Sicherheit in die enge Auswahl nehmen. Ich war zu einem Seminar in Bonn und teilte dies auch anderen Teilnehmenden mit.

Was prima schoon hotel wel enigszins gedateerd maar niet storend. Ligging heel centraal met parkeergarage voor de deur.

Chambre très bien , mais porte d entrée avec un jour en bas laissant passer la lumière du couloir et le bruit la nuit

Front Desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Elevator out order was a little discomfort for me, but the receptionist were so helpful with my luggage. A doorstopper was broke in my room. A little thing, but not nice to step on a screw. Also the bin is terrible and cheap and rolls over every single time i was using it. My advice; go through the rooms regularly just to make sure all little things are working because the big things are already very well taken care of. Thanks

Great central location on beautiful square. Straight forward and friendly check-in. Clean room with fridge. I asked reception for a kettle which they gave me straight away. Had a restful quiet night. Great stay overall.

The hotel, being in the Marktplatz in Bonn was very convenient. Everywhere was within easy walking distance.

Convenient location. One of the staff members needs training to be warm and courteous. We asked for a map, and he said “We don’t have.” The hotel, in fact, does have.
