House keeping only came one day out of four and someone elses room service sat outside our door for a day. Otherwise property was great.

We had an air conditioner squealing all night in our room. We had to wait so long for our meal at the restaurant we were about to leave.

Beautiful room and hotel

Only downfall is that the water, drinking and bathroom smells and tastes like pond water with algae in it....

Fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great hotel only downside is that check in is late & the spa needs a bit more options & is a bit mediocre.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay here. Lots of dining options and wonderful location made our stay memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfy and the room was perfect! Complete with snacks and wine available for purchase. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area was lovely. What a perfect little getaway!

Everything is good

We loved sitting on our patio looking out at the river as we talked. The walking trail was lovely. We enjoyed the fireplace and slept comfortably. The mattress wasn't too firm and the pillows were soft. Service was amazing. Lacey took great care of us at Drumheller's, where we enjoyed a beautiful dinner.

They thought through every detail. It was clean and a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly but they didn’t explain the amenities to me when I checked in so I had to hunt around and find the nice features they had available. Those are little things but this hotel is very nice. The price was fair

This hotel is super nice and comfortable! The beds are nice and the balcony is nice to relax out on. There are quite a few restaurants in the area, but the food at the hotel is great too. The pool is really cold and refreshing. It is also covered which is nice.
