Great location with a great view. Only thing i didn’t like is the noise from the AC at night.

Loved the contactless method Very convenient

No signs showing numbers of rooms until you look at room doors Clark was very Courteous and helpful Microwave is in community room and there were problems with the code reader on the door could not get in to heat my food My Kehrig Coffee maker did bot work and it took 2 days to resolve. TV channel options were terrible and long durations of pause between shows on Samsung TV network Pool was very comfortable and area was clean It looked like there were Chairs and Tables between the pool and the lake I had no way of Knowing if we could use them or were they for the guests with the closer rooms I may be back as at least now I'm familiar with this one.

The window in my room faced the street and intersection about 30 ft away.

It has an amazing view of lake placid and it's very quiet

No food options. The bed was very comfortable but there was no mattress cover, just a fitted sheet on top of the mattress. Not very hygienic. The bathroom needs an entire renovation. The room was not deep cleaned.

We had a great stay! Very close to Main Street & Walgreens just a short walk & McDonald’s across the street was a plus!

There was no one a out the property. All business is done by annoying endless texts there was no ice in the ice maker and the microwave didn't work. We couldn't get into our room because the code they sent didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work . Then they asked for a review on the 1st day . I had to block the texts

Very clean, comfortable, large bathroom and excellent service. Best sleep I’ve had in years.

It was a great spot , close to town. The rooms were comfortable and clean . The view of the lake at the back of the property was gorgeous. The initial code that was sent to me to get in the room did not work but I called and got assistance immediately and she stayed on the phone with us until we got in the room . The only negative comment I have is the limited parking spots . It snowed while we were there and it made the limited space even more challenging.

Really lovely hotel, love everything about it. The coffee machine wont work though

I loved this hotel last year and booked again for the same work event. This year however, the shower nob was broken when we first got there, so we couldn’t shower for the first night. And the heat/air con wasn’t responding to the thermostat, so it was either off and freezing, or reading 80 degrees.

The property was average….not what I anticipated but was ok for the 2 nights.
