酒店和服務人員都很棒。地理位置也非常好。

我下午1點50分到達飯店，被告知入住時間是下午2點。工作人員要我在大廳等候，我也照做了。然而，到了2點，卻沒有人開始辦理入住手續。我一直等到2點10分，不得不再次主動聯繫工作人員，她才開始幫我辦理。整個過程感覺完全沒有必要，飯店本來可以處理得更周到一些。

押金500泰銖。位置取決於您的出行目的，但它靠近航站樓和Big C超市，交通便利，乘坐雙條車即可輕鬆抵達。房間設施雖然老舊，但維護良好。不過，空調老舊且噪音較大。插座僅在床的一側（陽台側），使用起來較不方便。隔壁宿舍的景色一覽無遺。飯店距離第二路僅一棟大樓，因此噪音不是問題。可惜的是，陽台上沒有晾衣服的地方。一樓入口處有一台投幣式洗衣機。

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was so spacious. Location-wise, it was so convenient (near 7-Eleven, the beach, and Terminal 21). I didn't expect Terminal 21 was only a walking distance from the hotel. Also, if you want to go back to Krungthep by bus, the bus station location is also super near.

Sangat worth the price. Kamar luas, ada balkon yang lengkap dengan sink bisa untuk jemur pakaian dan cuci piring. Ada hair dryer dan microwave juga. Menyenangkan menginap di sini. Hanya kasurnya sedikit keras. Tapi tetap worth untuk direkomendasi.

It was amazinggg, really underestimated before, but after I checked in, wowww soo comfy, good service, all five stars for this hotel!

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng, mình check out muộn cũng không thu phí hay nói gì, vị trí gần biển, đi bộ ra rất nhiều chỗ ăn ngon. Ở ks còn có máy giặt sấy, đi tắm biển về giặt luôn, không sợ dơ đồ gì hết. Chấm 100d cho sự thân thiện ở đây

Strategically located within Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21. Plus point also for the laundry room. Very nice hospitality. Hotel area is clean and comfy. Downside is the hotel is a bit old and worn out, the mattress is hard. Still using a traditional key.

Nginap di sini rencana cuma 4 hari eh bertambah terus sampai satu bulan, nginap di sini nyaman kamar bersih banget, dan dibersihkan setiap hari, petugas clean-nya ramah dan baik, kamarnya juga besar, ada kulkas, microwave, ketel air panas semua berfungsi dengan baik, selama di Pattaya Hotel, Ploen Place Residen pilihan ku, resepsionis yang ini baik dan ramah banget, dia juga pandai bahasa Inggris jadi overall happy aja nginep di sini karena ke mana-mana juga dekat.

I had such a perfect stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The location is not beachfront, but quite close. The staff was nice and helpful too! There was some music in the evening, but it didn't bother me too much as they stopped when it was time for me to sleep. For the context of holiday in Pattaya, this is really good for the price.

Khách sạn nằm ngay gần Ter21, xung quanh có rất nhiều chợ đêm có thể đi bộ được. Đi ra biển cũng rất tiện. Phòng có ban công thoáng.

TV is better than prior (higher priced) hotel for English speakers. Wifi MUCH better than prior hotel. No glamour. Fine for clean bed/room/shower at good price.

Kamar luas, ada kulkas 1 pintu yang cukup besar, lokasi hotel dekat dengan pantai, mal (Terminal 21, Central Marina), banyak laundry coin di sekitar hotel, hotel mudah dijangkau

Staff hotel ramah, kamar bersih, dekat Pantai Pattaya. Sangat menyenangkan.

Kamar hotelnya baru, luas, ada kulkas, lemari pakaian besar, AC, TV, ada balkon. Hotel dekat dengan kuliner, ke pantai tinggal jalan kaki. Ke mana-mana dekat. Kalau kita naik bis dari Bangkok, kita turun di terminal bis. Pesan Grab di seberang jalan di Seven Eleven saja untuk menuju hotel biar tidak kena scam sama taxi offline di sana. Soalnya sopir taxi offline rata-rata agak nakal, beda harga di awal dan pas sampai tujuan sopir akan minta tambah biaya lagi.
