This is the 4th or 5th time i stay in this hotel and it’s always convenient and pleasant

Sin duda de lo mejor. Mi lugar favorito te sientes como en casa desde que entras es servicio calidad excelencia. El desayuno excelente con gran variedad. Mi top en servicio es Diomee de área de Frondeck lo máximo. Atención desde durante y después plusss lo máximo. Amo el Hotel 💯recomendado.

La habitación tenía problema con el aire acondicionado lo reporte dos veces y no hicieron nada . Otro problema es con la presión del agua de la ducha , no tiene presión

The property was nice, but the staff needs to be more friendly and attentive. It’s a bit annoying to park there because you have to stop at the lobby, get a person to let you down each time instead of having key card access. The only thing you have to hold on to is your key card, and they charge you 20,000 col pesos if you lose it. Rooms are spacious and clean not too much noise which is good

La atención al cliente y el servicio del personal muy extraordinario y de calidad. Un hotel accesible al área de todo el Poblado y excelente para descansar. Además, su desayuno buffet y restaurante buenísimo. Lo recomendamos 100%🇵🇷.

Cleanliness and overall service are good, but there is no store for purchasing basic necessities, the bar is limited, and there are no entertainment options.

If you plan on staying here and you are by yourself be careful if you want guest because they are not going to let your guest into your room. Read between the lines.
