No hot water. You shouldn't sell a room without hot water.

Quiet place on outskirts of town. 15 to 20 min walk to centro..or tak cab. Excellent food at the hotel.

Die Zimmer waren modern und geräumig, das Bad ganz modern. Das Frühstück war exzellent und nicht eng bestuhlt, so saß man angenehm sitzen konnte. Im Restaurant haben wir hervorragend und recht preiswert gegessen, die Weinkarte war erstaunlich gut. Das gesamte Servicpersonal war professionell und von Herzen freundlich. Lediglich die Beleuchtung im Hotel war in einigen Bereichen zu funzelig, auch müßten im Frühstücksraum mal die Lampen von innen geputzt und die Tür zur Küche geölt werden. Ansonsten: wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

The staff was very very helpful , it is a quiet area but is a little far from the Main Street of Suwalki around 20 min walking. Has a very good restaurant with nice dishes and the included breakfast is amazing. Our room was bigger than normal rooms. Very recommended

Foi uma agradável surpresa. Atendimento cortês, quarto confortável (o local mais silencioso em que já ficamos), super bem localizado, estacionamento para veículos gratuito e um maravilhoso café da manhã para fibalizar a estadia. Pena que escolhemos esse hotel apenas para uma noite, em nossa road trip. Se fosse possível, daria 6 estrelas. Parabéns.

room was good quality and breakfast ok Avoid the restaurant. Service was completely non existing and beef in the burger fully rare despite ordered as medium, not possible to eat. Waitress did not take it back to kitchen despite asked - in the end was deducted from the bill after told her several times i will not pay it. Service very unfriendly Cesar salad was not good either, no taste at all

Very clean, friendly staff.

Good overall, nice big room, great breakfast. Location is a bit isolated, in my opinion (not much to do around it). Staff on arrival was very average (was not enthusiastic at all about her job). Staff on checkout was much better, though. Room was good, but toiletries had not been refilled prior to our arrival. All in all: decent value for our money.

Hyvin pidetty ja siisti hotelli. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja tuore. Kommunikointi onnistui englanniksi. Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä, huomaavaisia ja auttavaisia.

Lousy rooms, roofwindows without curtains let the light in. Good breakfast. Typical polish greedy style, no light on in the corridors etc.
