飯店員工熱情友善…飯店位置優越，就在主要道路上，很容易打到計程車。房間乾淨整潔，頂樓還有溫泉浴區。

The check-in process was so smooth. The receptionist gave a recommendation (places to go) for us to go to spend our Osaka One Day Pass.

I got room 720, nothing to see. Just dark buildings blocking the view. The corridor was dusty, I requested high floor and (at least) little bit of outside view and sunlight, but I didn't get it. Just buildings where I can hear people screaming from surrounding hotels. Candeo Nagasaki is better when it comes to considering guests’ requests. And the laundry status on TV did not work, it says it is empty and available, but actually all machines were occupied. So guests have to go back and forth just to check laundry machines’ availability. And Laundry machine number 4 is broken, it swallowed my 300 yen two times (2x300) but the machine cannot be used. The hotel is too busy to sort things like this. Would not recommend.

This is a very recommended hotels, very good location and accessibility to many stations within walk distances. Front office staff is very helpful and it was quick and no need any unnecessary additional deposits especially when we booked online through through this app. Room amenities are well completed provided, clean & comfort room, well done Candeo, we love you...

They didn't give water. The place is close to Shinsaibashi which is the main attraction in Osaka. Just around 10 mins walk but far from Osaka station. Not really ideal if you are bringing luggages from Osaka station to this hotel. Because you have to change to another train, and have to walk around 40 minutes to reach this hotel. And they have no escalator if you are bringing heavy luggages. We just found out tht there is a bus to go directly to Kansai airport which is only 2 minutes walk. But if you are traveling from Tokyo or Osaka from jr line to go to this hotel is a bit of a nightmare.

The room look very clean and wide area. It near Dotonbori ans Shinsaibashi. The sky bath view is awesome. If it is really onsen, it will be perfect.

Lokasi hotel di jalan besar, dekat station, bangunan baru, bagus, kamar lumayan besar, staf hotel ramah, ada yang bisa berbahasa indonesia, hotel dikelilingi pertokoan, sangat mudah mencari makan dan keperluan. Sangat puas menginap disini.

Superb Hotel. Kami sekeluarga sangat senang dan puas menginap di hotel ini. Kamarnya tidak begitu besar tetapi cukup buat kami ber4. (2 dewasa dan 2 anak-anak). Bersihnya luar biasa dan sangat nyaman sekali. Ditambah ada fasilitas spa/onsen di lantai atas (indoor dan outdoor) membuat hotel ini sangat sangat menyenangkan sekali. Setelah lelah berjalan seharian, malamnya dapat berosen ria di hotel. Lokasinya dekat dengan Doutonbori, Kuromon Ichiba Market dan Namba. Metro train terdekat adalah Nippombashi Station dengan berjalan sekitar 10 menit ke hotel. Kami mendorong koper dari station ke hotel, tidak sulit hanya saja agak jauh tapi lumayan menyenangkan karena sambil jalan sambil menikmati toko2 di samping jalan tidak terasa sampai juga di Hotel. Saya akan kembali menginap di hotel ini apabila mengunjungi Osaka lagi.

Comfy bed but room was not spacious and toilet is limited space. Location abit far from crowded area. However, awesome view and fabulous breakfast..

Cocok banget untuk keluarga, kamar besar dan bersih, lokasi sangat strategis.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, hiếu khách, giờ check in là 3pm nhưng do mình đến sớm nên 11am đã được check in vì có baby.. tôi thật sự rất cảm kích về điêu đó! Phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ và tiện nghi, thoải mái. Địa điểm rất gần phố Dontonory, trung tâm mua sắm du lịch của Osaka...nói chung là tuyệt vời!
