We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizwa. Great breakfast included and all the staff was super friendly.

Riad Tiwza Fes was lovely. Breakfasts were served in a comfortable lounge around a fire. The room was very comfortable. Had the temperatures been warmer, we would have spent more time on the roof deck. My only complaint is that it took forever for the hot water to warm up for the shower... mine was lukewarm, but my husband who followed me had a hot shower! One minor issue that we often encounter in older places: the bathroom ceilings were very low and my husband who is 6'2" (or nearly 2 meters) didn't fit! Being a short walk from one of the gates of the medina meant we could get to transportation quickly and easily, but it was also very cool to be inside the walls of this ancient city. The best thing about Riad Tizwa was Merieme, the manager. She was lovely and organized a driver for a Fes overview drive, a 5-hour medina tour with Idris (who was fantastic!), and a driver to get us back to Casablanca to catch our return flight. Only complaint - we didn't have another day to enjoy the medina!

Wow. Not only was the Riad fabulous from the terrace on top to the courtyard on the bottom, but I have never had such accomodating and friendly staff. I stayed in 3 different rooms because i kept coming back! Merieme is a gem and her kindness will not be forgotten.

Lovely place and people! The views were nice and we especially appreciated the pots of soap and clay + bathrobes in the bathroom, it made our stay feel very spa-like and relaxing.

We arrived really late-2:00 AM. Staff was wonderful. I lost my asthma inhaler and the manager helped me get a replacement. I've never felt so taken care of in a hotel. When I was working on my computer in the common area, a worker brought me tea and cookies! The breakfast was delicious. Just everything about it waa delightful. Good wifi. No TV (a plus). Lovely terrace. It's on a quiet alley, so you have to walk to get there. I intend to go back. I loved it.

This was a great riad in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and the room/property was stunning. The bed was a little hard, but it was big and clean and the room was very nice- even had a dressing room so that our bags weren’t cluttering the bedroom. It is in a good location for walking around the Old Town. The staff also helped arrange a car for us to Chefchaouen at a good price and made it a simple process. Definitely recommend and would return.
