The room space is small, tipically hongkong hotel, and also far from the bus or MRT station, location not really good

The location is easy to reach, just a few meters to the bus stop, and there is a shuttle bus, but unfortunately it only goes until 8 PM, and the cleanliness of the hotel is very good.

Kamar kecil untuk ber 4. Toilet kamar mandi bau. Pembuangan kurang lancar. Beberapa kali mesti diflash baru bisa. Air kamar mandi tergenang. Karena salurannya kurang turun, lebih tinggi dibagian saluran air

Saya 3 hari menginap di hotel silka. Dekat dengan minimarket dan deket dengan tempat makan, jarak ke halte bis juga deket. Hotel ini sangat rekomendasi dan strategis lokasinya. Dan saya sangat berterimakasih ke silka karena bisa cek in lebih awal saat itu. Terima kasih silka 😊.

Me and my family stay for 9 days At first 3 days, the room always clean up, but after that the room never got clean up and no compliment mineral water for the last 4 days. For the breakfast, there are not much variation.

clean and super nice hotel. there is McDonald's and 7eleven nearby. though they need to improve their breakfast menu because it's the same everyday. also, it's good if they can put bidet in the comfort room.

The male receptionist who assisted me on the night that I arrived from airport gave me a not so warm and welcoming atmosphere maybe because its was late and he was busy & tired... I asked him to teach me how to use the key card in the lift, he gave instructions by talking from reception area and I was inside the lift... I told him the key card was not working... he raised his fingers as a sign that he wanted me to give him the key card... I went near him in reception area and gave him the key card. ... he scanned and encode something from the computer then we went to lift and he tried to scan the key card and it worked... after that he did a not so pleasant make face and body language and he went back to reception area. I think silka hotel must review the customer service training of this receptionist. He is on the front line and dealing directly with customers. Silka hotel management must review the cleanliness in all rooms. I am happy and satisfied with the customer service in concierge and the shuttle bus drivers. Those gentlemen are doing their job properly. I am still wishing all the best to silka hotel and more power to traveloka. Thank you.

Wilson and the staff who manages the shuttle service is very courteous, professional and friendly. My daughter grew very fond of them even though we only stayed for a night.

1. ห้องพัก อับชื้น น่าจะเพราะ แอร์รวม นอนแล้วได้กลิ่นเหม็นอับตลอดเวลา เราพัก 6 คน 3 ห้อง ทุกคนรู้สึกเหมือนกัน แสบจมูก น้ำมูกไหล แต่ออกมานอกโรงแรม ดีขึ้น พอหายใจได้ค่ะ 2. แม่บ้านอัธยาศัยดี น่ารัก แต่ห้องเยอะ จึงทำด้วยความเร็วสูง จึงไม่ค่อยสะอาด คิดแค่ว่า มานอนไม่นาน แค่ 4 คืน พอทนได้ 3. ห้องอาหาร มีอาหาร เมนูเดิม ทุกวัน คือ ไข่ต้ม ข้าวต้มกุ้ย ข้าวต้มไก่ ไม่มีเนื้อสัตว์ประเภทอื่นเลย แต่มีเบคอนเค็ม ผักกระหล่ำน้ำปลา ขนมปัง แยม มื้อเช้าทนกินรองท้อง แล้วค่อยมาหาอร่อยๆกินนอกโรงแรม เมนูไม่หลากหลาย ต้องดัดแปลงเอง ไม่งั้นอดกิน เขาปิด 10 โมงตรง บ้านเราตื่นสาย ต้องรีบตักอาหาร พนักงานพูดสไตส์ดุ ให้รีบตักนะ จะเก็บแล้ว 4. พนักงานต้อนรับ และแผนกอื่นๆดี มีแค่ช่วงดึกๆ พนักงานจะดุๆหน่อย เรากดลิฟท์ไม่ได้ โดนพนักงานดุ แต่เข้าใจว่าแขกเยอะ คงเหนื่อย 5. พนักงานหน้าประตู ดูแล ให้คำแนะนำแขกดีมากๆค่ะ พ่อเราปวดฟัน เขาช่วยหาข้อมูลร้านหมอฟันให้ แนะนำยาแก้ปวดฟัน และแนะนำเส้นทางที่เที่ยวดีมากค่ะ

We enjoyed our stay at Silka. They are easy to talk to. Employees are accommodating and courteous. Room was just right in size, cleanliness and had a window so you don’t feel you are in a box. Breakfast was not great but convenient since we did not have to go out. Coffee was great though. They claim to be a 4 star. Would say it’s a 2-3 star at best. But Just right for the price. Overall it is good value for your money.

Jaraknya sih nggak di pusat kota, tapi ada shuttle bus ke titik tertentu. Dan juga akses nya gampang untuk ke causeway bay ataupun tsim tsa tsui, naik MTR murah kemana-mana. Misalkan mau cepat, atau gak sempat shuttle bus, pake taxy aja ke stasiun MRT. Paling 60 ribu taxy ber 4. Mulanya gak ngerti pake MRT, tapi lama kelamaan ngerti, dan andelin MRT karena murah, jalur MRT ke tsuen wan line hijau. Hotel bersih dan bagus. Gak nyesel pilih hotel ini meski gak di pusat keramaian, daripada di pusat tapi dapet hostel, yang ujungnya nggak nyaman. Thank you Silka Tsuen Wan.
