服務人員非常非常的親切，我很喜歡。早餐很美味。我非常喜歡這裡的設計感。下次出差到維納斯，我一定會再來這裡入住。

Rathaus Wein & Design is wine themed, so all the rooms are individually decorated, related to a specific wine grower. It is also possible to have a small wine tasting there. Our wine tasting was great, with a friendly and engaging member of staff. All the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Gloria was absolutely amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Rooms are comfortable for 3 people. Still walkable to the city center attractions.

Layout of the room was a bit strange with no access to washbin or shower in the bathroom, those where placed in another room next to the bedroom. Otherwise good room, and good location in the city. Didn't they their restaurant as there were better places nearby.

Beautiful room. Front desk extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We would love to stay here on our next visit.

Great room, great size and cleaned. There was a little bit of noise stomping on the floor above us. I would stay again. Cost benefit is excellent.

Sehr tolles und zentrales Hotel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen es weiter.

We spent 4 nights and had a fabulous time. Cannot fault the hotel. The location was perfect for the trams and the U. We bought a 72hr travel pass which was wonderful value. The hotel is a short walk to the Parliament and museums. There are lots of great cafes and restaurant nearby which are not touristy. We would definitely return.

The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had as any hotel ever. Truly awesome. The room was also large and super nice. I cannot believe it was available at a reasonable price for my stay in Vienna.

Die Lage zur Stadt ist genial. In ein paar Minuten ist man schon an den den ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Was uns richtig entgegen kam, das uns den ganzen Tag ein Kaffeevollautomat,Tee und Wasser mit und ohne Zitrone zur Verfügung stand. In unserem Zimmer hat der Designer alles gegeben. Alt und neu zusammen gebracht und für uns geschmackvoll in Szene gesetzt. Ich habe noch nie ein Frühstücksbuffet mit so vielen Käsesorten gehabt... die sogar alle essbar und sehe lecker waren. Auch so war es mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zum Schluss sollte ich auch das überaus zuvorkommende und nette Personal erwähnen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden es auch weiterempfehlen.

Great hotel but the bathroom set up was not to my liking. Prefer more traditional bathroom set up. But I would stay there again

ウィーンに数年ぶり4回目の訪問にして、当ホテルに変更。以前のホテルの近くにして、スペースは3倍ほど広くなりました。トイレとバスルームは別で、バスタブがありました。静かな上に、周辺には複数のトラム路線、スーパがあり、観光・生活上、便の良い場所でした。日本人がそれなりに宿泊していたようです（朝食ビュッフェで数名見かけました）。備品であれば良かったのが電気ケトル。あと、エレベーターがないので、2階以上に宿泊の場合は、荷物に留意する必要があるかもしれません（私は1階に宿泊）。
