The check in information in the email was incomplete. Did not show which unit I should go to. Lucky that email response from the hotel was pretty quick, and the missing information was received. Parking fee shown on the hotels.com page is not correct. It cost 155 per day instead of 30 as shown.

I originally booked a room in Kista but was "upgraded" to a room in Sollentuna. Unfortunately, the upgrade felt more like a downgrade. The room was poorly maintained. Drinking glasses had not been properly cleaned, there were insects and dead spiders in multiple areas, and there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. Overall, the level of cleanliness was well below what I would expect from a hotel. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
