離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。

Good location for our trip! Very comfortable hotel except the lift can’t reach my room.

The room was lovely, clean, quiet and spacious. Very comfortable too! Staff were always friendly and helpful - making access available for my mobility scooter on the same level as our room was so helpful and kind! Greatly appreciated. The facilities and food were great in all respects, we had breakfast, dinner and bar snacks. Always overlooking the beautiful Lincoln cathedral, such a treat. All the staff played their part and were very friendly and helpful even when super busy.

Ideal location with marvellous views of the cathedral. Parking easy. The hotel itself tired and reminiscent of previous faded 1980s glories. Needs refurbishment. The staff though truly excellent and that was a redeeming feature

Part of the divan (bed) was broken. So seemed like sleeping at an angle with head below your feet. Solved by turning bed around but didn’t solve the problem of it being broken! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Didn’t eat dinner in hotel so can’t comment. Excellent location right opposite cathedral but be aware the cathedral bells toll every 15 minutes between 7am & 11pm!

Very good location for cathedral area

Absolutely revolting. The corridor smelt of urine. The amount of cobwebs in the room was a joke. There was several millimetres of dust on the lampshade, the paint was peeling off the walls in large patches, the cheap flat pack furniture was all chipped which really stood out as it was all dark grey/black and the paint in the bathroom had given up and gone home. The breakfast was poor, even the bacon was awful. The grapes actually had mould on them. The coffee in the room was undrinkable. It is such a shame as this hotel really lets a beautiful city down.

Staff were lovely, location was fantastic ,breakfast was great.... hotel was just tired and needs decorating.

Located in good position with view of the cathedral. Breakfast buffet with good choice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was in a great location and had good car parking. The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and an adequate size. There was a good selection availability at the breakfast buffet.

It is a lovely hotel, with amazing views of the Cathedral. The staff are extremely helpful but the rooms and corridors are very tired and need a redecoration. Glad the lift is now fixed. Food is also good.

The breakfast was not consistent with the four star grading of the hotel. The selection of cheeses was two small pieces and the selection of continental meats was dry.

Very helpful staff, next to Cathedral and City centre. Easy car parking.

Clean Hotel but very, very tired. Hotel were excellent 5 star + Food average Terrific view of Cathedral and in an excellent location for tourist. Not very disabled friendly.

Great position near both the cathedral and castle.

Great location behind the cathedral.The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great and even though it was buffet/help yourself the quality of the food was good. The room itself was a bit shabby around the edges. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture was scratched and outdated. Whilst the bathroom looked like it had recently been retiled the taps and shower head were covered in what I guess was limescale.The remote control for the television was filthy. The building itself was very 1960's and I found it a bit strange that reception was round the side in the basement. Overall OK for a 2 night stay. I chose this hotel as I needed to be near the hospital as visiting a sick relative.

It was the staff that made the stay very good. They all put themselves that extra bit.
