Great apartamento, clean and comfortable. Has essential kitchen facilities. Great swimming pill area and next to a great little beach. A few things that could be improved: Swimming pool bar could be open longer hours ( closes at 14:30) Swimming is open 9:00 - 18:00 on low season

Stayed 3 full nights and hotel wouldn’t to house keeping. Terrible customer service at the lunch cafe which is always empty. What really made the experience terrible was upon checking out they wouldn’t give us extra trash bag for some wet clothes we had. Stay away from this resort it’s very boring and miserable staff. I had stayed in menorca 6 times coming from NYC as it’s our family favorite travel place.

Struttura pulita, appartamento spazioso e moderno. Grande piscina con lettini Vicina alla caletta e alla ciclabile. Note negative: parcheggio a pagamento, nessuna sorveglianza notturna:ragazzi ubriachi che vagavano per la struttura gridando a qualsiasi ora del giorno e notte assenza di un supporto da parte della reception. Pulizia stanza Assente ( ricambio asciugamani ogni 4 giorni). Consiglio per famiglie: evitate i giorni della festa di san Giovanni.

Résidence très propre et agréable, facile d’accès et à proximité d’une plage très sympas . Le personnel est agréable et accueillant . Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation des appartements, beaucoup de résonance dans les communs et bruit lorsque les voisins déplacent les chaises .

En general no brinda servicios de hotel como limpieza, toallas de playa o ayuda con el equipaje, y hay varios detalles de mantenimiento que atender (regadera no se sostiene, tablero de luz con un zumbido muy molesto). En lo positivo la cocineta fue de ayuda para preparar el desayuno aunque hace falta un escurridor de trastes y la ubicación del inmueble también esta buena. En general funciona pero mas como Airbnb que como hotel

Hôtel propre , arrivé début de saison en mai, la piscine non chauffé donc impossible de se baigner. Chambre studio spacieuse et propre appartement bruyant avec les voisins.

El alojamiento es una gran opción en la zona, aunque el chico que nos hizo el check in no nos dio el kit gratuito de limpieza, teniendo que comprarlo en la tienda que tienen, y lo peor, es que nadie nos avisó que la policia local de Ciudadella se aburre mucho tratando de multar a coches aparcados mal por milimetros. Seria bueno saber este nivel de exigencia en la policia.

Le falta un bar para poder tomar una caña,cafe…

Séjour agréable dans un lieu très calme. Peut-être même trop calme : aucune animation, pas de bar, rien, juste une petite supérette (si on peut donner ce nom car pas grand chose à acheter). Personnel très sympathique et très discret (coup de cœur pour Noel). Appartement très propre. Belle piscine et plage à 3mn à pieds.

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Kitchenette d appoint ne prévoyez pas de faire de la grande cuisine. Parking payant indispensable car ça peut vite devenir galère de se garer. A déplorer la mauvaise insonorisation et surtout le manque de savoir vivre de certains. On entend tout ( talons, toilettes, enceintes connectées,retour de jaille…) bref ils y en a qui vivent dans le partage et sont de véritables égoïstes. Ça peut être un super séjour à condition d avoir des voisins respectueux.

Great location and clean apartments but so noisy! Echoes from people talking, walking up the stairs, front door banging and noise from road outside with scooters in the middle of the night

Todo estupendo, lo mejor el personal.

Muy cómodas las habitaciones, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, buena la comida y variada, piscina amplia y muy cerca de la playa.Pero no me gustó el cambio de tillas cada cuatro días, me dijeron q era normas del resort....son muchos días en un lugar q hace tanto calor y q las toallas no se secaban x la humedad.

La struttura e il personale sono stati impeccabili. Da migliorare il cibo e l’organizzazione dei pasti

El apartamento era muy amplio y las habitaciones están separadas con puertas. Todo está muy limpio. Tanto los de la recepción, camareros y camareras de piso son muy atentos.

Sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento fue el personal, en especial Javi y Tim.

It was a stunning and comfortabke property with spacious rooms and beds. The pool is lovely too. We stayed only 1week after it had opened officially and it still had some teething problems. Some of the staff were a little rude and abrupt, others were friendly. There was little comms around the room service situation (or lack of it) and we had to ask for things like dish washing stuff and bin bags as there were none in our suite. The beach is okay, but be warned there are big rocks and boulders at rhe bottom of the sea bed as you wade in - watch your feet and knees for cuts! Cala'n Brut is a nicer plunge site. Cala Blanes has lovely cliff views, not so many beaches
