Clean, cozy, and well equipped for a lovely weekend away. Beautifully positioned next to Cook Park and within walking distance to the Main Street. Highly recommend!

Very comfy lots of space

It had a funky smell, shower needed a good scrub and there were cobwebs everywhere.

Convenient quiet location close to town centre. Tastefully decorated and comfortable bed. Small kitchen and good sized bathroom with laundry facilities if needed There was a little initial confusion about our check in date but resolved quickly. We had to phone the manager as the studio was locked and we had been told it would be open with the key inside. This too was resolved quickly as the manager was on site.

Fabulous little retreat especially as I navigated a stressful situation (attending court) Kerry was extremely efficient and easy to deal with. Lovely clean vowel appointed space. Very grateful for refund for one night as I finished early.

This was a quaint little place with its own courtyard, kitchenette, skylights and comfortable bed while being in a quiet location, close to the Main Street. For my overnight work trip it was perfect and will be staying here again the next time I come through Orange.

The room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed within easy reach. I am in my early seventies with some mobility challenges and I loved how comfortable and cosy the studio was. The private courtyard was enchanting. We were residents of Orange for 27 years and were visitors this time. The studio was quiet, opposite the beautiful Cook Park and so handy to the CBD. We will definitely try to book here again when next we visit.

Really comfortable, welcoming place, tucked away so it’s quiet and relaxed.

The apartment was clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable, off street parking and had everything you need for your holiday. The host was responsive to messages

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was very good. It’s important to note, though, that this apartment is not near a park, which was disappointing. Some clothes washing powder/liquid to use in the washing machine would have been a nice addition.

Facilities great and great location next to park and CBD. A minor glitch on check-in and no BBQ, but highly recommended

The position was great loved the spot close to everything, but, the room needed a good clean as did the entrance. The shower shelf and tap handles were loose and the drain was blocked, smell of mothballs was overpowering, TV reception was hit and miss, pictures displayed online were not all of the actual room booked. Shame because it could have been a perfect stay

It is a lovely light and private space, right by a very pretty park. Everything was clean and comfortable

Great location and value.

We had a great stay. A couple of minor things - the grey pot and sandstone urn pot made parking difficult and being tall I ran into the lower branches of the tree near the car park.

A great place to stay and to have a kitchenette was amazing and to be able to heat up our dinner.

Studio 35 had everything we needed for our stay, very comfortable, clean and close to cook park for morning walks. Enjoyed our visit to Orange.
