Spacious Hotel Room, right in the centre of Liverpool's nightlife. Loads of bars and restaurants on doorstep, so obviously a noisy neighbourhood, but fine for us

£200 security deposit taken on check in never returned to me.

We were unable to stay in Liverpool on the Sunday night due to not being able to get into our accommodation on the Saturday evening. So it ruined our weekend and had to travel home.

Very large and generally well-equipped themed room with three double beds. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very central in a lively part of the city and there is a large choice of places to eat and drink close by. One or two areas in the room and around the hotel were showing some wear and tear. There was almost no noise inside the hotel but as it is surrounded by clubs and bars noise from outside is inevitable. Overall good value.

My son’s 21st. Great room with plenty of space to fit us all in. There was enough room for a dance floor. Clean tidy and great location

Great location - near all the bars and restaurants in the centre. The rooms are a great size, the decor is fantastic. The only let down was the lighting, wasn't the best to get ready in so could be improved

Rooms need to have smart tv’s so Netflix can be viewed Fridge in the room was not working, rang reception and got told someone would be up for fix but no one turned up

Does exactly what you want for a multi bed room..beds comfortable, clean bathroom, air conditioning, great location..could go on

It wasn't pleasant. Bath didn't fill. Tap didn't work.. restaurant and bar closed Expensive for what it was

It was amazing so relaxing and peaceful. The room was huge and the beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be recommending and will be booking again. Each room had it's own movie theme it was gorgeous.

Send an email for breakfast option, even called the hotel to arrange for this. Day of check in they informed us that breakfast is no option. The shower was broken so we were unable to adjust the temperature. Floor was damaged

Brilliant but just waiting for my £50 deposit I had to put down.

We planned to stay yet again in this hotel for an overnight stay and loved it so much booked another’ night rooms are great and fabulous for location staff are wonderful and nothing is a problem also very friendly and informative

The decor the themed rooms the the staff R so nice they make you feel welcome and so helpful .went to there last week. For 1 night and booked back in 3 nights and again for another 3 nights. Absolutely love it.

Booked specifically for the hot tub in the room but it was out of service due to being too hot with no temperature dial and a faulty plug. Plugs were dangerously attached the the wall, the kettle was faulty and boiling all night, the drinks station was dirty and when I complained, I've been ignored. It's now 10 days later and I've not heard from management. Music was blasting from the club below until at least 4am. Receptionist Charlotte was extremely helpful but unfortunately was unable to offer any help other than an apology. I'm still attempting to speak to a manager to discuss some kind of compensation. A disappointing stay in what should have been a fantastic hotel

spacious clean and….. quirky!

Room was dusty and not clean, were and teres, sctatches on floors an wall and staples annd screws sticking out of padded walls. Not fixed properly. Partner has asthma room was not up to standard and clean, mould in bathroom annd rust on towel rail. Staff were brilliant. Will not lete add photos

Stora problem med vatten/avlopp. Första rummet hade en takfläkt som läckte vatten så vi fick byta rum. Andra rummet hade en regndusch som läckte vatten konstant, en toalett som inte gick att spola, en balkongdörr som inte gick att stänga, insyn i grannens badrum genom en plywood-skiva, och management på hotellet kom in i rummet mitt i natten för de trodde att någon hade slängt ned något från taket. Generellt kändes det lite smutsigt och inte rå renstädat. Service I receptionen var det enda som var OK, de kändes trevliga.
