This is a relatively roomy apartment considering it is smack in the middle of Tallinn’s old town. It is charming, with beam ceilings and serviceable kitchen, and old wood furniture. The only hard part is going downstairs from the loft at night!

Great apt and location!!! The sofa pullout bed mattress was so uncomfortable, it was not useable. But the rest of apt was well stocked and comfortable.

I loved the location. Walk out the door and you’re in the heart of the Old Town. The flat was very adequately equipped. It was nice to have coffee and tea available. Noisy neighbours playing loud music would be my only complaint, but the owner quickly resolved it when I brought it to their attention.

Wonderful 5 day stay in Tallinn here, its location can’t be beat, right on the “main drag” and actually right across the street from the TI center. Clean and quiet despite that, except the first day there was a public movie showing down the street that I could hear but it didn’t bother my sleep. Appreciated the washer in the bathroom to do laundry! Check-in and checkout process was easy, WiFi was fast, I’d definitely stay here again…

Great location, clear and timely check in instructions, our place was ready a few hours in advance and we got to check in a bit earlier. The place was clean, had all necessities, and it was quiet. The location was hard to beat!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, private, perfectly located next to several sights and plenty of restaurants, and the tourist info center, which is right across the street, is the meeting point for several tours. Couldn't have been more convenient. The price was very reasonable, and the tea and electric kettle were lovely extra touches. We did have an issue with our breaker flipping and couldn't get in touch with anyone for a bit. We managed to locate someone with maintenance just by wandering through the building for a while, but it was stressful that we weren't able to reach anyone by phone or email - we had contact points for both but no one was responded. The check in process was very easy, and the luggage storage room is a big help if you arrive prior to check in. Kofeman (breakfast) and Restoran Old Hansa (medieval tavern dinner) were both within easy walking distance and the food was excellent. Caffe Centralle had the friendliest staff and just across the street from the apartment.

Highly recommend, we stayed in apartment 8 and it was beautiful. Huge living area, clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Tallinn. Literally seconds away from the Christmas market (town square) and all of the restaurants and shops.

This was part of a city break. The location was amazing and the facilities in the flat were great! The staff were super helpful and all the communications we received were timely and clear.

Great attic loft (4th floor), lots of room to spread out. Bath and kitchen new and work great. Main area is rustic but has everything you need Host easy to communicate with for leaving luggage for the day (lockers on site). Location right off main square, quiet for us probably due to the time of year(Sept). Would recommend.

Great place to stay! Location perfect. Right in the old town but on the perimeter so you avoid all the activity/ noise but are still close to everything.

We really enjoyed staying in that cute apartment. I was a bit worried to find the entrance key since we didn't have data on our phone to connect to the app or online portal but we were still able to use manually entering the codes. The only critique.. and it was strange to me... was that I couldn't find any power socket inside the bathroom to use the hair dryer, so I had to dry my hair outside of the bathroom!!!

Great central apartment near town hall and square. Feels like a home from home.

Fab apartment and positioning

Lovely apartment in a great location, a stones throw from the Christmas market. It's a 5 minute walk to the edge of the old town to get buses/trams. A couple of small supermarkets are nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. It was fine for 2 of us. It was very warm and we had no way of controlling the heating so we opened the inner windows at night to cool the bedroom, which worked fine. Note there are no lifts in the building. The apartment we were in was on the 2nd floor. There is a luggage room on the ground floor with large lockers (big enough for a large suitcase) so you can stow your luggage if you arrive before your check in time.

Property has no extra heating and during fall when central heating is not turned on yet, the place is COLD! Had to contact the property to request heater. Had to do it twice since one wasn’t enough.. This situation kinda killed the vibe of this place being cozy… first night was super cold… few more days were oookk ish till I got another heater for the last day of my stay… oh well…

Surprised of the size of the apartment, close to everything. Tallin was nice but a bit too touristic for our taste

A spacious apartment in the centre of town. Clean and accurate to pictures. Not good if you are a light sleeper on the weekends due to Street noise. Note there is no elevator

Tallinn City Apartments Town Hall Square provided a comfortable stay for my 3 nights in Tallinn. The only thing I needed that wasn’t provided was a drying rack for my clothes. However, I contacted the property and they offered to provide one. My clothes were already drying on the chairs but I suggested they go ahead and include one for the apartment. So there should be one there now. Having the washing machine to do my laundry for my 36 day trip was very convenient. The space was clean and comfortable, otherwise.
