Really nice hotel, perfect for a short getaway from Warsaw. A lot of attractions for kids, comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

The room was really clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff are so polite

No bottle of sparkling wine mentioned on Expedia for VIP member. Hotel provided a fruit plate instead which we did not really need as we had our own since we were to receive a different perk

When you think about the rest and relaxation after hard work by water and beautiful nature this hotel is one of your best choice.Situated among trees and only 1 h away from Warsaw. Great food,helpful and smiling staff,nice rooms and amazing SPA experience. Hotel is huge but feels cozy. Highly recommended

All spa treatments were wonderful. During stay we did new booking for summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Narvil. Fantastic room, clean, quiet, superb views. Waking up to the sound of birds singing every morning- it doesn’t get better than that! The spa facilities are great. Again, incredibly clean and well maintained. The massage was excellent. The service was a bit patchy in the restaurant but all other areas ( reception, bar area, spa reception) were great! Helpful and very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hotel is nice, reception staff is not very helpful nor knowledgeable. Jacuzzi is large and breakfast was very good. Cleaning can get better. Wifi and aircon didn't work in the room

Whole stay was very pleasant, but an a la carte restaurant is highly overrated. I didn’t like it at all. The hotel surroundings and pool area are great and relaxing.

Ładny hotel. Miła obsługa. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo dobre, a śniadania średnie, jak w hotelu czterogwiazdkowym. Basen nie duży, może być. Są kręgle, klub nocny i inne atrakcje na plus

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Pokój przestronny, materac bardzo wygodny. Świetny basen hotelowy i dobre jedzenie - zarówno śniadanie jak i kolacja w formie bufetu. Plusem są na pewno również piękne tereny wokół hotelu, które nadają się zarówno na piesze jak i rowerowe wycieczki. Szczerze polecam na wyjazd zarówno we dwoje jak i z rodziną.

Pokój w ramach upgrade (status Gold) całkowicie spełnił oczekiwania. Apartament Deluxe jest przestronny i komfortowy. Dodatkowo słodka przekąska oraz cava były bardzo miła niespodzianka. Okolica sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Niestety obsługa bardzo nieprofesjonalna, arogancka. Kwestie restauracji i śniadań pominę milczeniem. Szkoda nerwów. Tuż obok Złoty Lin z pysznym jedzeniem w bardzo dobrych cenach i miłym serwisem.
