這家旅館就在北門捷運站對面，距離西門町或台灣車站也不遠，既能睡個好覺，又能步行大約10分鐘到達。房間乾淨整潔，入住/退房手續也很方便。

Dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời. Nhân viên vui vẻ, nói tiếng Anh lưu loát, chỉ dẫn dễ hiểu. Phòng rất sạch và tiện nghi, tất cả có thể điều chỉnh bằng iPad có sẵn trong phòng hoặc qua app citizenM. View trên cao nhìn ngắm thành phố và xe chạy bên dưới đã lắm. Mình thích nhất là phòng tắm, nước mạnh và có vòi nước mưa nhiệt đới xối nước từ trên xuống cực kỳ thoải mái. Tắm quài không muốn ra ngoài luôn á :) Đặc biệt là đi đâu cũng gần và tiện nghi do cách ga tàu MRT vài trăm mét thoai. Các bạn có thể đi MRT, đi bộ, hoặc gọi Uber nếu đi xa hơn. Nếu sử dụng Uber thì nhớ check kỹ lại hoá đơn sau khi đến nơi, có gì là báo cho tổng đài Uber liền. Nhiều tài xế thấy mình là khách du lịch nên đôi khi họ nghĩ cộng đại thêm tiền vô mình sẽ không chú ý á. Nói chung là khách sạn citizenM North Gate này rất tuyệt. Các bạn hãy trải nghiệm nhé! :)

Good, clean and comfortable. Good location for traveling around taipei.

The room is very clean and new. A little small, but it is perfect for solo travellers. Love the large window by the bed. Hotel is minutes away from Beimen MRT and about 10 min from Taipei main station. Ximending is also a 10 minute walk away. If you are coming to the city via the Airport shuttle, choose exit 7 at the taipei station to reach the hotel within 5 minutes.

so fast for check in .. the room is not big but cozy .. they help me on surprising my friend birthday on the second floor. they are very nice and helping .. also they make card for my friend. 😁😁😁

Kamar sangat kecil, kasur tidak nyaman. Sangat tidak cocok buat membawa keluarga, hanya cocok buat seseorang tinggal. Harga mahal untuk kamar yang begitu kecil bagaikan hostel.

Walking distance to and fro Ximen and Taipei Main Station. several coffee shops and convenience stores surrounding it. Clean, high-tech and accommodating. Spacious too.

The room is spacious enough for two people. we enjoyed the high-tech feature. We maximized the use of an ipad to navigate the TV, music, lights & room temp. They clean our rooms everyday - we stayed here for 4 nights. Staff are accommodating. Quiet location but near convenience store & walking distance to Ximen station, Biemen & Taipei Main Station.

Great hotel but not so friendly staff, very small room with great view and room amenities (9 from 10). Bathroom design is weird (4 from 10). Walking distance to Green Line BeiMen MRT station exit 1 or 2. Cleanliness is just ok. No food, shop or convenient store nearby. Walking distance to XiMenDing. Overall is good.

The location is closed to Beimen MRT exit 2 just across the road and can walk to Ximending only 3-5 mins. The staffs are very nice and service minded. The room is clean but only some noises are annoying.

Saya dan keluarga menginap di sini selama 5 hari 4 malam. Overall saya sangat puas menginap di sini. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari MRT, hanya sekitar 5 menit dengan jalan kaki. Kondisi kamar sangat bersih dan modern. Setiap kamar dilengkapi ipad untuk jadi remote AC, TV, gorden, lampu. Yang menjadi high light adalah jendela yang besar di kamar dan pemandangan yang bagus. Hotel ya juga sangat atentif dan bisa berbahasa inggris. Sempat protes channel TV tidak ada, dan langsung didatangkan engineernya karena tidak bisa dibetulin, hoteliernya menawarkan pindah kamar. Lokasi seven eleven atau family mart agak sedikit jauh, sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki. Saya sangat puas dan jika kembali ke taiwan, saya akan kembali menginap lagi di sini.
