The Broadview is a little gem with lots of nice touches. We were very excited about the vinyl collection and record players but disappointed that they were in very bad condition and thus seemed like a gimmick. Housekeeping was excellent but one day we forgot to leave a tip and so the room — which we’d planned to leave extra money for—was improperly serviced. The Rooftop restaurant was infuriatingly loud and the food was dismal: Asian Mexican didn’t work and everything was over-seasoned and dressed. We’d stay again but not at the price we paid. Way too expensive for what you get.

Conveniently located on the Queen St street car line. Made it easy for us to get to our destination and back.

Great hotel with welcoming staff and located in a lovely neighborhood. Staff helped with taxis and directions. The room was clean and comfortable with nice touches and lighting in the room. Bathrooms very clean with a roomy shower and a lovely robe. highly recommend. will stay again.

Had a conference close by. Nice room. Hotel rooftop restaurant had a great view of city. Bfast was very good.

Very cool old building, food wash great room was clean. However, if you are in the new add on we were in room 602.. you can literally hear the ppl in the bar peeing and flushing above your head

Loved the vibe and atmosphere. Bathroom and room space was well maintained and very clean. Appreciated the noise machine in the room! And recommend the roof top restaurant! No pool or sauna access & parking is first come first serve for $28/night.

There is quite a bit of thought put into the decor. Very fun and a little whimsical. Food was very delicious at the rooftop restaurant. Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Parking on location and in area is too expensive. Definitely would come back though. So much to see in this beautiful location!

Staff was great and property was immaculate. The front desk staff even left a candle in our room for the birthday we were celebrating. Rooftop restaurant was a great plus with awesome views and food - we will be back, thank you!

Love this boutique hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing pristine linens and each room designed in a luxurious modern vintage style. The rooftop restaurant has amazing food and even better service . Would highly recommend.

Bel endroit, très bien situé, le roof top est très agréable.

Room was clean and large. Had a record player in the room and a record library on the 4th floor. Large bathtub and rain shower. Wonderful location if you are going to a performance at The Opera House.
