Beautiful location, safe, good room and amenities. View was spectacular!

Rooms are a little dated but everything was clean. Beds are comfortable. Walls are pretty thin. Could hear people talking until 12:30am. Did not try the on-site restaurant or breakfast.

I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Grande Cache. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is top notch, with homemade bread. The portions are huge.

Great location, amazing view, nice and clean, good gym. The only thing that I would have changed is the outside of the windows getting cleaned it is spring though so it’s bound to be messy but the outside of the windows cleaned so you can see the view better and better hours for the free breakfast. Breakfast ending at 7:30 is quite early so I did not get to utilize that, however it’s not a big deal.

Parking was great, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast was a full restaurant size!

Great place to stay and the staff was really nice. I will be back here again.

Pros: comfy bed, thick and super white towels, friendly helpful staff, excellent restaurant on site, very clean, perfect location, walking distance to most amenities, convenience store on each side, very quiet Cons: the rooms are dated I would 100% recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have a great view of the mountains and the rooms are clean. The room had a fireplace, small kitchenette. I would recommend this hotel in Grande Cache.

The room was clean. Hockey team was in the hotel and was pretty loud late in the evening otherwise was a great stay.

Had to unplug the fridge as it was rattling and very noisy. Also false fire alarm went off at 430am for 30 mins before they got it turned off.

Everything was just comfortable enough. The only complaint I would have is that there was a false fire alarm at 4:30am because of some new sensors or something in the kitchen. But the nice thing was that there was coffee already made so we got to enjoy it while we sat in the lobby, waiting for the alarm to be shut off. It was good coffee too.

the room temperature is sporicidal. way to hot. thermostat doesn't control anything. Batteries in remote control were useless

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms getting run down and could use some TLC.

Large, spacious suite w/ functional kitchen. Great for our family stay.
