Water pressure was weak. Housekeeping done only every 3 days. No water provided. Luggage storage system is a mess with no staff managing. Really disappointed and wont be staying in the future.

Thie keio presso was 3times better than keio presso shinjuku. From the services and the bed. Cleanliness.

We’re really enjoyed our stay here at Keio Presso. Eventhough size is of Tokyo standards, but it is cozy and functional. The staff are very nice and they even gave us a complimentary instant soba noodle with message for the New Year’s. I really appreciate the gesture. Even if the hotel is 3 stars, the service and kindness of the staff is at par with 5 star hotels. ☺️ We will be definitely booking this hotel again.
