Lovely hotel with such a special vibe. Felt so welcomed once you stepped in the hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is not big (especially the shower area) but very well-equipped. The bed was super comfy. Such a splendid experience.

I do have a high standard of choosing the morden artistic and contemporary luxury hotel…this hotel almost get me full marks for it. The room design and view is fantastic, breakfast and food is really good, location is center, staffs and manager are super friendly and helpful, they will try their very best to help you solve your need quickly:) just…for my own self, the toilet size is a bit small and toilet is not with an auto wash (something like TOTO), if they have that, then will have a full marks from me. Overall with the room price for that service, view, location, room and food, it almost score above 95 for me. It's a super fantastic experience of staying in this hotel.

Great location, very walkable to sites around Porto. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great little bar and restaurant in the hotel itself. Would stay again next time I’m in Porto.

Excellent hotel. Slightly off from what many would consider the ideal location but we enjoyed getting away from the center of town. Room was spacious and comfortable. The view of the river was amazing. Alex the bartender was terrific. Great cocktails and conversation. Highly recommended.

Excellent boutique hotel property with wonderful staff. Good value for money as well. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative I would mention is that cleaning service was often very late in the day, and not always consistent in cleaning (missing amenities, glasses/cups only superficially cleaned, etc.). But overall, excellent experience.

Great service, nice room, great view

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The view and the location are magnificent. We had an issue with the water in our room, and had to shower with cold water both days. The staff, although super friendly and most of them very professional, couldn’t figure out how to solve our problem. I don’t think it’s ok to have those kinda issues, with no fixable solution (changing rooms, discount on the price, etc), on a 600 USD per night hotel. I do not recommend staying here.

Every room was different

Our favorite hotel from our honeymoon. Ask for the Miles Davis room. The views from your private balcony will not dosappoint!

Very nice property woth awesome staff.

This is a nice hotel with very nice employees. Food is great and location is perfect. Service was truly warm. However, some things were a bit odd for a hotel at this price; - You are not allowed outside to have a drink if it’s at the same time as dinner service, even if the drink area is separated (outside only) from dinner area. We kept coming on the «wrong time», and kept ending up having a drink inside with no view, which was disappointing when we chose the hotel to enjoy wine with a view. - Even if it’s nobody there and it’s raining, you are not allowed to have a drink in the dinner area either, which is the only place with a view and roof. Which also was disappointing. - And last; Beds are quite hard and I have never slept on a more lumpy pillow. 🤔

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute boutique hotel. We were close to the city center, a lot of the places were walkable distances. Parking was on-site(we had to reserve a spot in advance). Breakfast buffet was really good. Service and staff were really friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The property needs an upgrade. Not user friendly amenities

The bedroom was soooooo dark and small the bathroom tiny, with a shower you could not move in. Probably the smallest I’ve seen especially for a five star hotel!!!!!!

Only criticism is that our room was directly above the bar and restaurant which played music 24/7.

This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was beautiful with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond... From the initial tour, to just being immediately available to answer any questions you might have on Whatsapp. The breakfast was wonderful too. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
