I got great view from room at level 73, the nightmares came when there was FALSE fire alarm happened in the night our stayed. I went there with my parent and at the time of incident they went down from level 73 to the level 17 via exit door/stair. Could you imagine when my parent are 65years old have to take the stairs from level 73 to going down? I believe that was not the first time they had FALSE fire alarm. And for another visitor with elderly parent, you may need think twice to order a room in the higher floor.

Very strategic location, clean room (except for the rather stinky and uncomfortable sofa), nice interior, beautiful view of the river. No daily housekeeping and no automatic replenishment of toileteries (have to request the reception) Would definetely stay again, but please make sure to clean the stinky sofa.

Kamar nya bagus dan juga bersih, lokasinya bener bener di tengah kota dan dekat kemana mana. Tapi mau nginep butuh deposit $200 dan refund nya lama

Other than view, the rest is a shame. Poor customer service from the staff, just want to get it over and done with, literally asked me to just settle my own parking and did not even give any suggestion. Room was in poor condition, dirty pan/plates, pillow which are dirty. Will not ever consider going back again.

Nice and clean accommodation for my trip in Brisbane, visiting my son. He is student of University of Queensland. I will stay in this place again in December, when my son graduated

The 2 bedroom apartment is very small and is on a low floor with no view. The windows are facing walls of opposite building which makes the apartment dark.

Everything was good except it was the fired alarm that we had to walk 51 floors! And it turned out to be fault fire alarm :(

skyhigh room view very nice to see Brisbane river and story bridge. Everthing are quite good. 24 hrs reception.
