Location, new decoration and very rare free beer/coffee/port at public area are all great. Was not sure about the free parking area mentioned in web since we parked on street and free on Sunday. We only saw one girl helped us opens the door and check in, then no one around any more (guess due to Sunday). Need to get back via mail for estimated time to check in. We were one hour late but the girl was still waiting for us, appreciate her patience.

Lovely place to stay , it was like a home from home and the staff were very warm and helpful

We arrived and had a very friendly and informative check in. Staff were lovely. We were opposite a very impressive parliament building. Our room faced the road, but was quiet, we slept in well. Beds really comfortable and Room was lovely. The location was brilliant, close to lots few restaurants and bars and a great bakery for our morning croissants. Lovely huge ceiling fan and aircon was fab! Round the corner to bus route and the old 28 tram route, so very easy access to everywhere. We would definitely stay again. Marguerita gave us some tips on public transport tickets and best places to visit!

Close to everything if you want to just park and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and the hostess was very pleasant.

This was my favourite stay out of our two week visit! It was beautiful, clean, smelled nice and the patio was such an extra special touch! My only regret is we didn’t stay longer

Margarida was so helpful making a reservation for our parking giving us recommendations for food in the area all what were just perfect for us the location was amazing we walked all around and had such a great time if either goes visit us at preserve??

Great location in Lisbon. Really enjoyed this for a special occasion and the rooms have real character. Plenty of places for breakfast nearby and really some of the best in Lisbon. Great stay and loved the bathroom.

Casa Sao Bento was exactly as the pictures. All the charming details made our stay that much more special. As first time visitors to Europe, I missed the memo of needing ask if the room had a refridgerator. This one did not, and we prefer a private refrigerator. Also, I am sure it is a common issue for certain areas of the city, but the strong smell of sewage was not disclaimed in the listing. The hosts did everything to have the room cleaned and aired out everyday, but the smell was strong. The location was very good. Neighborhood had many spots for coffee, brunch and dinner. We never had to walk more than 10 minutes to get essentials or a snack. I would visit again.

We arrived to Lisbon early and our check in didn’t start until 3pm but we got to the hotel around 12:30pm and were able to get our room around 1pm. Which was amazing thanks to friendly staff. Margarida was awesome. Very clean room, spacious bathroom and kitchen in the hallway with small fridge. Coffee, tea and bottled water available. Great location walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Even small grocery store. I’m not sure about the parking, we didn’t have a car. But we saw cars parked on the street.

Very unique and quintessential apartment with lots of character. The unit was clean with all the necessary amenities. It can be loud outside but with the windows closed, drowns out all the noise. The AC was nice to have. It’s close to a lot of really delicious restaurants and coffee shops, as well as close to jump onto the tram.
