Sayang dudukan shower patah jadi kalo mandi shower head harus di pegangin. Lokasi bagus deket supermarket jadi gampang kalo mau belanja.

Service sangat baik, Kami di berikan kamar yang besar dan disediakan mesin pembuat coffee dan teh berikut susu creamer. Kamar mandinya cukup besar dan sangat bersih. 5 menit dari hotel ada 2 supermarket besar, restaurant, KFC. Mau naik bus/Trem hanya jalan kaki 5 menit dan ke stasiun Metro hanya 8 menit.

Saya diberikan kamar yangluas, disediakan mesin pembuat coffee berikut coffee-nya, kamar mandi sangat bagus, lokasi bagus hanya jalan 5 menit ada 2 supermarket besar, rumah makan dan toko perlengkapan serta ke stasiun Metro jalan kaki hanya 8 menit dari hotel.

The room is good but no water included. Some of the reception has no service mind, maybe we are asian huh. We got the room with broken air and ask for change, one service girl told us like it would take 15mins to work. Are you kidding me? And seriously how can we know that the air was broken before, so we used the toilet opened the TV use one towel, she asked us if we wanted to change the room don’t use the stuffs in the room. Just for her to know, if we know the room is not ready we would not even step inside. And if you guy would like to work for this kind of job. Please take note, you need to have service mind for it. Thanks.

I request 1 king size but when i check-in the lady in the lobby said the room wasn't available with that annoying face and without say sorry or anything. and anytime i ask something in the lobby she was answering me just 'yes' or 'no' or 'sure' not friendly not helpful receptionist at all. i bought gvb card from her, she said i'ts available for all public transport, but when i use train i almost get fined because the card wasn't available for train. the telephone on the room wasn't working they said they will come to fix it and it never happen. The location is good, 5 mins walking to metro and tramp and there's kfc on the right side open from 11am-23.30 pm
