飯店不錯，位於市中心但並不擁擠，服務人員非常友好，但行李寄存服務有點麻煩，例如沒有電梯，行李寄存處在樓裡很遠的地方，而且需要去其他難波飯店集團旗下的飯店。我對這家飯店很滿意，只是對行李寄放服務不太滿意，除此之外一切都很好。

房間非常乾淨舒適，但需要說明的是飯店內沒有電梯。如果房間在高層，攜帶重型行李會非常不方便。

Only 1 bathroom available for the whole guest rooms.

minus side: I came there at 8.00 am, and the door's closed and locked, and no staff there. I bring breast milk, and ask them to keep it freeze, but they keep it not on the freezer, so All my breast milk's not longer good. they didn't help us to take our luggage and no elevator there. plus side: they allowed us to take a shower even we haven't check in yet. (time for check in at 3pm, we take a shower at 9 am)

Pros, close enough to Namba station and Namba market. Cons, don't have elevator, noisy, the shared bathroom too far

Hotel tidak ada liftnya. Repot kalau bawa-bawaan banyak terus kebagian di lantai atas.
