The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could. The parking was free although the area was small and would hold probably 4 cars. Kathleen House was approximately 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town Station where the overground was easy to use and it was very easy to transfer to the underground at stations further down the line. If we were to got to London again we would not hesitate to go to Kathleen House again.

It was a nice little hotel. Good condition and all-day free street-parking. Enfield town centre was nicer than I remember it. Not too far from the over-ground into Liverpool Street.

Lovely b&b in an excellent location, rooms and bed were very comfortable - really appreciated the fan and fridge during the heatwave! Would definitely stay again

Easy shelf checkin. Room was super clean as was the shared bathroom. Nowhere to sit outside of room or cook- but decent value for price

Easy to find and check in is remote. Room feels secure and had plenty of facilities. No breakfast at the weekend, despite me booking it because free breakfast was included. No response to two messages about lost property after checking out.

Easy instructions to access the property. Room & Shared Bathroom was clean. Close to the Railway Station. No breakfast available at the weekends apart from that a good stay

Firstly the location was ideal. We were attending a friend’s party in Enfield. Easy walk in and easy to park. You won’t see the host at the lodgings. Everything is done via key boxes. There are lots of notes telling you of the rules and fines if you don’t meet them. The building is functional but a bit tired. Bear in mind that if the people ninth room next door hog the bathroom you’ll need to cross your legs or drop down to the next floor 😂. The pictures suggest that there’s continental breakfast included. However apparently at weekends there’s not. This you find out on arrival. It should be clearer in the booking process.

Very clean but the bed not really confortable

We stayed here for the imagine dragons loom tour which was held at Tottenham hotspur fc. The location was just 0.4 miles walk from the local Enfield Town over ground station and 4 stops on the train from white hart lane. The ground was a very short walk down one street. The accommodation was basic but clean. Couldn’t done with a few more electrical sockets than the extension lead provided in one corner. The room had a fridge and tea coffee facilities. No breakfast provided on a weekend though. There was parking at the front for two cars. The bathroom was shared but opposite our room. Overall for the price of our triple room we would stay again if a concert was in the area. The cleaner was knocking on doors at 9.25 reminding people check out was 10.30. I’m sure I booked late checkout in my original booking but it didn’t appear on the booking and wasn’t required anyway. All in all a great concert and a good experience at Kathleen house.

The Enfield weather was awful, heavy driving rain when arrived on foot at Kathleen. I kept pressing the locked front door bell to gain entry without a response from within. A contact number was displayed in the front window.i rang the numbers several times getting response number not recognised Being drenched by the rain, I contacted Expedia online and left a message explaining my predicament. I then tried the window same number again answered by lady named April. She was able to run through the key access procedure. I told her in a panic I had just contacted Expedia thinking the property may have been vacated. I apologised to her over my wrong suspicion. My booking was for one night only. I encountered no other guest or member of staff, which felt a bit eerie. On the plus side I was happy with the room and bathroom facilities with no complaints at all. The breakfast was ok considering the budge price stay. Finally the close location to the town centre shops was a bonus.

Average for the price, mattresses are tired and pillows lumpy but bedding clean. Breakfast room is self served with bread in the fridge, hot water urn was cold, not switched on and no kettle instead.

Excellent just that is a bit expensive

Nice quick easy check in, clean. Good place to lay your head down for the night.

Really handy for the overground/ tubes, about 5 mins walk to Enfield Town station. Very clean, fridge was restocked every day. Only downside was the water stopped working on the second day, and the breakfast set up is a bit confusing (probably because of how early we got up so not entirely the venues fault)

Shower too small snd sharing iis stresful

Someone try to open the door in the middle of the night, and the smell a mariguana, very unpleasant.

I really enjoyed the place siren atmosphere.

It was basic, photos are obviously a few years old. But slept well and clean.
