Just the standard room is too small, without refrigerator and make up table.

Washroom just nice. Everything look new but your bed is worst. Like lying on the wood with comforter. Suit travel for work. Sakit badan aku hahaha.

For 1 night stay, the room was good for the price you are paying. Good job well done to the team. Keep it up!

The hotel staff was great, but location was far away from the city centre and heritage site. and far away from food also There was a night market beside the hotel and it so crowd and I can't sleep. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all. and there was no coffee or tea provided in the room.

Bilik cantik dan tiada masalah. Cuma penggunaan iron lebih waktu akan dikenakan bayaran. Dan masalah pada card pintu, saya balik ke bilik dan tidak tahan untuk membuang air, berkali2 touch card pada pintu tetapi gagal untuk dibuka. Terpaksa saya turun ke lobi menggunakan toilet lobby dan kemudian baru selesaikan card di kaunter.

Iklan yang kurang jelas / maklumat yang tidak tepat. Saya kerugian rm51 ringgit akibat dari masalah tersebut. Buang masa, rugi wang ringgit.

The hotel was nice but why do people need to rent an iron for RM5/day? This is my first experience when staying at the hotel, if you want to use an iron, you need to rent. Whatever it is, the hotel is cool!
