When we booked the hotel reply was their lift was not working , we got very worried cause we are in our early 70's. But they offer me an upgrade to another property of their's around the block. When we arrived in there , smooth check in and there's a gentleman helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. Our room was about 800sq ft , very clean and modern ,.communication with them with whatsapp , always reply instantly. We had daily housekeeping , the cleaning was excellent, at first we booked 2 days , we ended up stayed 5 nights. If we ever go back to porto, will definitely go back.

公寓整體舒適，入住前接待人員會與房客聯繫，飯店有電梯不用擔心行李太重如何入住。入住時，接待人員也會詢問是否需要介紹波多周遭環境；退房時，雖沒有實體櫃台，但有提供locker寄放行李，是一個很棒的服務!

Its apartment are big enough, clean and quite near the centre, it’s very easy to walk to those landmarks.

great location 3-4mins form metro station, right in front of the market we arrived very late in the night due to flight canceled and the guy waited us to check it, he provides us all the information that we needed and recommended very nice restaurant, big compliment to him they provided a phone with internet for you to bring out very comfortable place to stay ! +++

The staff is very helpful explaining the attractions, dinning options, how to walk around the city and avoid the construction. Good location right next to metro. Functional kitchen with premium quality appliances, washer/dryer. A little drawback was the squeaky hardwood floors.

Beautiful property hidden away opposite the market. Well designed and functional rooms. Reception staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Great location

Excellent location—close to everything, including supermarkets, metro, restaurants, and all the top tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

위치 좋고 숙소 바로옆에 pingo 슈퍼마켙 있어요. 볼량시장 바로 옆이기도 하고요. 세탁기. 전자레인지. 오븐. 인덕션. 냄비와 식기. 싱크대 있어서 직접 해먹을 수 있네요. 10점 만점이라연 9.5점 주고싶네요. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

　スタッフの方々には、丁寧に対応していただきました。メールやショートメッセージによるやり取りも迅速かつ丁寧でした。 　ホテルの場所は、ボリャン市場の西側で、メトロのボリャン駅が至近にあるほか、トリンダーデ駅、アリアドス駅も近く、使い分けができます。サンベント駅も徒歩で行くことが可能です。 　レストランなど食事をするところや朝食のパンなどを買うことができるスーパーマーケットも多くあり、便利です。 　部屋には、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、エスプレッソマシンなどのキッチン設備（お皿、グラスなどを含む）や洗濯機が備わっています。 　古い建物を改装している関係で天井は高く、広さも十分ですが、充電用のUSB端子などは備わっていませんので、変圧器と電源タップは持参する必要があります。 　バスタブはなく、シャワーのみですが水圧は問題ありませんでした。トイレにはハンドタイプのシャワー（タイやシンガポールなどで見かけるタイプのもの）が備わっており、洗浄機能付きトイレに慣れた日本人にはありがたい設備ではないかと思います。総じて快適な滞在ができました。ツインベッドの選択肢があればなおよかったと思います。 　

in the middle of a major shopping area. Close to Metro station. The property is spacious but a bit dated. It is very hot when we were there.

Some pillow options would help the comfort but it was otherwise a great bed/bedding. The historical charm of the building was the best part and as such, it came with some plumbing issues like smells that would come and go. The large and many windows helped. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools.

Ideal location for Porto. Easy walk to rapid transit, shopping and restaurant options. Staff is very friendly and most helpful.

Wonderful hotel with the best location walking distance from everything!!!! Staff very friendly, they are available 24/7. I got a nice Apartment with all the necessary stuff to feel like home. I will definitely stay again in this hotel!
