A very clean hotel, very close to the waterfall, with many things to do and eat nearby. The only downside is that the additional parking lot is a 5-minute walk away, which is inconvenient with luggage! I will continue to choose this hotel next time I travel.

Overall service was good with clean room and walkable distance to Clifton Hill. It is very convenient location.

飯店空間蠻大的也很新穎，唯一美中不足的是laundry設備，偌大的飯店只有一台洗衣機和一台烘衣機，前一個顧客洗完衣服不拿出來，飯店人員沒有任何作為，只叫我們繼續等，害我們整個早上都在等洗衣機和烘衣機，至少等了耶、二個小時，嚴重影響行程，如果你有洗衣服的需要，千萬不要選這一家飯店。

特别方便出去玩 临近游玩区 真的好方便.

The network signal is not good, and the parking fee of 25 is a bit expensive

位置非常好，很方便。雖然現正進行裝修工程，但地方及房間很清潔。從後門步行到停車場只需四分钟。由於住在高層，感覺寧靜。很多時間去遊玩，只是晚間留在酒店，所以沒有餐房，泳池和健身室，也影响不大。

Excellent hotel for a stay at Niagara Falls. Close to all the action and wonderful views of the American Falls and river. Worth paying the extra money for a river view room. Room was enormous, clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but would have liked some fresh juices, cold meats and cheese as an option. Would definitely recommend a stay here

The front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Our room was super clean and well stocked with water bottles, coffee/tea, shampoo/conditioner, lotion. The pool and hot tub were very clean and awesome. An amazing hotel!!

Great location

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They accommodated early/late check in/out to the room and parking. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants and activities. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend and rebook this hotel in the future.

Breakfast was ok but I would expect more options money wise.
