Bed and pillows were too soft. View towards river is great. Breakfast was so-so.

Great stay all around. The only problem is the parking. For us, it was an additional $62 a day for self parking. You gotta be more up front about that or rather offer vouchers for your customers because that’s a pretty wack amount of money.

Great price. Great location. Would recommend and return in the future. Considered dropping one star because the elevator is a hot confusing mess…

We come here every year for the DC bike ride. It's very convenient, the breakfast is great, and everything is in walking distance.

Amazing and helpful staff! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, always greeted with a smile! rooftop and common areas were always clean! GREAT experience!

Stayed here for my son’s 9 birthday weekend. Love that there are a lot dining options all around and walkable to historic sites like the WWII Memorial and Washington Monument. Easy garage parking and also easy to get picked up/dropped by an Uber if needed.

Room was not ready at check in time, extremely frustrating having to wait and deal with the situation. They had to find us a similar room, different view because ours was not available. We finally got checked it almost an hour late, making us late for our dinner reservation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was extremely clean. However, the rooms are quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. What really left me dissatisfied was the way management handled my situation. I had reserved two rooms, but unfortunately, one of the guests was unable to come due to illness. I explained this to the manager, Donison, and requested a refund for the unused room, but he refused to accommodate my request. I found this very disappointing and not reflective of good customer service. Overall, while the hotel has friendly staff and clean rooms, the lack of flexibility and support from management significantly impacted my experience. I visit the Wharf often and decided to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

Amazing stay with friends. Perfect location l. Rooftop pool needs to be revamped. Old dirty cushions and just dirty look when you go up to the roof. View is great though.

Stayed here at the wharf since they were the official hotel for the DC Jazz Festival. The room had a spectacular view of the marina. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was nice (although no omlett station as mentioned on the website). The location was great near two metro stations and right in the center of the wharf with tons of dining options. Will definately stay again and recommend if you're looking for a prime location for your DC stay!

Front desk check in and check out were amazing. Room didn’t see super clean. Phone and remote and lamp shade were crusty and a bit dirty. Everything else awesome.

Guest services was very nice and very helpful. Very convenient to park. The parking is underneath the hotel. You take an elevator up to the lobby. The hotel is on the pier with all of the food and entertainment you could ever want walking A+

Always love visiting the District Wharf and staying at the Hyatt House. It’s the perfect space in the heart of the action!
