Overall is good. The porter is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not as good.

Nice location, near by the biggest shopping mall. The hotel is new and clear. Room is quite big and modern deco. And the price is quite nice. The breakfast buffet is various. Highly recommend.

我一進門，一位女服務人員熱心接待我，並且問我要不要喝茶，我開心的說好，因為還有先生跟小孩，所以說三杯，結果茶來了以後帳單也來了，我跟先生傻眼了，以為是免費結果要付費，一杯4土幣，早知道是自己掏腰包我就不喝了，覺得有點莫名其妙的。 房間很棒，很舒適，離有名的餐廳很近，可以到外面吃當地的美食。

The rooms are not well cleaned or maintained, in both of our rooms the AC was not cooling, and the drainage was blocked. I really question how the 5 star is maintained. It doesnt deserve the value of money and dosnt meet the expectation

Zentrales(Einkaufszentren Kulesite und Enntepe in der Nähe , Straßenbahn) sauberes Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut, Kellner Furkan sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, verdient großes Lob. Würde das Hotel wieder bevorzugen

Ein schönes 5 Sterne Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Keine Vorkommnisse beim Check-In verlief reibungslos. Personal und Service professionell. Frühstück-Büffe vielseitig und ausreichend. Standart Zimmer mit zwei Einzel Bretten großräumig, Sauberkeit gut.

Banyo temizlik detaylarına biraz daha dikkat edilmeli. Sıhhi temizlik malzemeleri detaylandırıla bilir.

Gayet güzel bir otel , havuz ve spayı kullanmadık. Kahvaltısı boldu, lezzet olarak orta altı baya uğraşmışlardı sağolsunlar ama tat olarak beni memnun etmedi. 4,5/5
