Terrible experience, room was not clean and staff was not present if I called regarding room, receptionist hung up and didn’t pick my call again.

The room was beautiful and perfect for couples looking to relax and enjoy nature. The staff was amazing, very friendly and always doing their best to help. The only downside was that the bed was not really queen size as expected. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay

Warm & Heartfelt Our stay was truly wonderful. The location by the lake is absolutely beautiful and creates an instant sense of calm.In the evening, the owner even lit the fire pit for us, which made the atmosphere incredibly cozy. During the day, we were able to use the pedal boat free of charge, and being out on the water was such a lovely experience.The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We felt well taken care of at every moment.

It was an overall nice stay, the lake was nice (not a very big lake), the hot tub was nice and hot. The night nights surrounding the fire pit made it really cozy as we listened to some great Latin dance music and chilling. The hotel would need a little more updating and should have a continental breakfast but the small town had some great dinner options...

J'ai adoré le Lac, parfois nous étions seul sur ce lac. Paddel, kayak, terrasse, personnel, spa, BBQ à notre disposition avec des ustensiles. Bien aimé!

There were accessibility issues such as broken stairs. The pool was disappointing. A private beach was listed. There was no beach. The bedding and toiletries were inferior. For 279.00 per night, it was greatly overpriced

This hotel should not be open for Tourists yet. Nothing is like the website. Our room was lacking furniture, no table or chairs, the bathroom had a shower door without handles to open from the inside. Shower head no place to put soap or shampoo. Outside no pool or hot tub, they were working outside painting and inside on some of the rooms. We left after one night very disappointed.

Aucune personne à l’accueil le matin, lit peu confortable, eau chaude longue à venir. Machine à café non fonctionnel, il à fait très chaud dans notre chambre et aucune fenêtre. Raison affaire,mais je n’y retournerai pas pour toute autre occasion.
