飯店距離禦堂筋線很近，週邊有許多餐廳和便利商店。前往機場也很方便。

離新大阪站很近，記得在中央出口下車。附近有3家便利商店和像松屋這樣的餐廳。唯一的缺點是房間太小，不過這在日本中低檔飯店也是普遍問題。

Dekat dengan St. Shin Osaka, keluar dari gate central terus ke kanan sampai melewati kolong jembatan, terus belok kanan di bawah under pass dan belok kanan sudah kelihatan plang nama hotelnya. Lobby hotel di lantai 2. Kamar bersih, ada 2 unit laundry coin. Dekat convenience store dan dari gate central menuju hotel melewati stasiun Midosuji line, tapi jangan lewat situ kalau mau menuju hotel karena mesti bayar.

This is one of the best budget hotels we have stayed in. The room may appear a little small but has all the amenities. If you are looking for a place only to sleep and freshen up in a very clean bathroom, this is the place. They also provide free drinking water, which helps you save on sundry expenditure, especially in the hot summer days. And the place is very close to station. If you use the East exit of Shin-Osaka station, it takes less than 5 min of walk. There is also a steep stairway next to the hotel building. It looks tempting to use as station is visible just across the tracks. But using the east exit also takes very little time. Suggest hotel management to add a walking map on their website with key landmarks. We will highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good economic holiday.

The hotel nice and comfortable, clean and location near by the train station, many shops and restaurants around, will happy to stay again in the future.

Everything is good except they don't provide toiletries items such as ear buds, toothbrush, toothpaste and comb.

Lokasi sebenarnya sangat bagus, tapi kami kesulitan mencari exit 7, karena menurut navitime harus keluar di exit 7 sedangkan di peta kereta bawah tanah tidak ada exit 7, akhirnya setelah bertanya ke petugas, mereka mengarahkan keluar ke exit 6.

Room is standard size for japan hotel, not large but okay for us 2 adults and 1 infant. More importantly, it ' s near to Shin-Osaka Station and not expensive.

The room was clean, bed is just small but comfort for sleeping, the bathroom was clean, love it and it is close to family mart.

I really like staying at Unizo Iin, the place is comfortable, clean, the view is good, and it's very close to the family mart and Shin Osaka station.

The space in the room was just enough for two people. It wasn't big, but it was enough. The room is clean.

Very nice hotel... the room was very clean. The furniture was new. The most important thing for us was the location, just 5 minutes walk to Shin Osaka Station. We would surely go back to this hotel again if we were in Osaka.
