La atención por parte del personal estuvo excelente, el desayuno muy rico y el costo por noche está en un buen precio.

El hotel es bonito, la ubicación es en una plaza comercial grande e igual bonita, pero en la habitación faltaba atención, había una botella de agua abierta en el frigobar, una lata de coca en el bote de basura y las lámparas de al lado de la cama no encendían así como un foco del baño, la base del dispensador de jabón corporal se cayó mientras que el dispensador de jabón corporal no tenía producto y era difícil presionar para conseguir algo de jabón. Favor de considerar el mantenimiento ya que esto resta puntos a a experiencia y confianza del huésped.

The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made the location very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment due to poor upkeep and maintenance. The bedding had noticeable stains, and the sofa was also stained, which was really off-putting. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been refilled at all, so there was no soap available during my stay. I felt disgusted trying to sleep in that room, it just didn't feel clean or hygienic. For the price and the otherwise good surroundings, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and basic maintenance.

No tenía agua caliente. Cobran el estacionamiento. Hotel sin alberca. Recepcionista de día de muy mal humor.

Disappointing! The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (and only discovered when in the shower!), no water bottles in the room and only a single hanger in the wardrobe. The online check-in didn't work and the airport shuttle was never available.

The management staff did not want to turn the room heater on, the room was at around 50 degrees but their excuse was that I was the only room complaining, the they told me they had sent all the information to Travelocity for my reimbursement and the did not, staff extremely rude and not helpful at all, AVOID this one!
